Une de mes poses pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 pratiquer sans mod\u00e9ration car elle soigne un nombre infini de probl\u00e8mes du quotidien. Voici quelques uns de <strong>ses bienfaits<\/strong> (liste non exhaustive!):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soulage l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Soulage les maux de t\u00eate<\/li>\n<li>Aide \u00e0 combattre l&rsquo;insomnie<\/li>\n<li>Apaise le mental<\/li>\n<li>Soigne la d\u00e9pression l\u00e9g\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9tend les jambes lourdes<\/li>\n<li>Redonne de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pourquoi cette pose est-elle si b\u00e9n\u00e9fique?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans cette posture, le corps r\u00e9alise une inversion (les hanches sont plus hautes que le coeur), ce qui permet au coeur de se reposer. Lors d&rsquo;une inversion, le sang descend directement vers le cerveau. Ce dernier est mieux irrigu\u00e9 et mieux oxyg\u00e9n\u00e9. Comme le cerveau r\u00e9gule\u00a0la circulation sanguine, il signale alors au coeur de\u00a0baisser son rythme.\u00a0L&rsquo;oxyg\u00e9nation des cellules du cerveau provoque un coup de fouet au niveau physique, mais aussi une revitalisation mentale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment faire cette pose?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Allongez-vous\u00a0confortablement sur le sol, votre lit ou votre canap\u00e9 et positionnez les jambes contre le mur. Positionnez un coussin, un bloc ou une couverture sous vos hanches pour les sur\u00e9lever. Essayez de vous positionner aussi pr\u00e8s que possible du mur. Cela aidera \u00e0 rel\u00e2cher compl\u00e8tement les muscles de vos jambes.
