Puis, peu \u00e0 peu, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert d&rsquo;autres aspects de la pratique. Aujourd&rsquo;hui le Yoga est la base de ma vie: je pratique, j&rsquo;enseigne, je partage, j&rsquo;\u00e9cris, je pense Yoga. Tout est devenu Yoga car le Yoga est tellement plus qu&rsquo;un encha\u00eenement de postures. Quand j&rsquo;ai voulu approfondir ma pratique, je ne savais pas vraiment comment faire et j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;entreprendre une formation de professeur de Yoga qui m&rsquo;a men\u00e9e o\u00f9 j&rsquo;en suis aujourd&rsquo;hui (mais \u00e7a, c&rsquo;est une autre histoire). Pourtant, il y a de nombreuses pistes pour aller plus loin tr\u00e8s simplement. Voici 5 fa\u00e7ons d&rsquo;approfondir ta pratique.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Trouve le bon professeur<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Je ne pourrai jamais assez le r\u00e9p\u00e9ter. Chacun est diff\u00e9rent et il y a un professeur pour chacun. Essaie diff\u00e9rents cours jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 trouver celui qui te convient. Celui dont <strong>les mots\u00a0te parlent et te guident<\/strong>. Celui avec lequel tu l\u00e2ches prise pendant le cours. Celui avec lequel tu as envie d&rsquo;<strong>interagir<\/strong>. Celui qui t&rsquo;inspires. Celui que tu admires.<br \/>\nLe professeur est l\u00e0 pour te guider, pour que tu puisses suivre <strong>ton propre chemin<\/strong>. N&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 poser des questions. Aucune question n&rsquo;est b\u00eate. Souviens-toi que le Yoga est une pratique de non-jugement.<\/p>\n<p>Parfois certaines poses donnent des sensations bizarres et tu n&rsquo;es pas s\u00fbr(e) que c&rsquo;est normal? Tu n&rsquo;arrives pas \u00e0 aller dans certaines poses et tu aimerais y arriver? Tu as des questions sur la philosophie du Yoga? Un professeur sera toujours ravi de ton int\u00e9r\u00eat et prendra le temps de t&rsquo;\u00e9clairer.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>10 minutes par jour<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Comme pour toute discipline, la cl\u00e9 est la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9. 10 petites minutes par jour suffiront \u00e0 approfondir ta pratique, \u00e0 d\u00e9bloquer certaines poses, et \u00e0 avoir des <strong>effets durables sur ton esprit<\/strong>. Tu te sentiras plus fort(e), plus apais\u00e9(e), plus calme.\u00a0Ce n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de faire une s\u00e9quence physique. De la m\u00e9ditation, la pose des jambes contre le mur, une s\u00e9rie de salutations au soleil. Tu as l&#8217;embarras du choix. Ces 10 petites minutes sont aussi <strong>un temps pour soi<\/strong>. Pour prendre soin de ton corps et ton esprit. Pour faire ce qui te fait du bien. Ne le m\u00e9ritons pas tous?<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Essaie et essaie encore<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Rappelle-toi que nous sommes tous diff\u00e9rents. Le Yoga n&rsquo;est pas une pratique de comp\u00e9tition. On a tous tendance \u00e0 se comparer aux voisins pendant un cours collectif. C&rsquo;est la nature humaine&#8230; Mais nous sommes tous diff\u00e9rents et <strong>nous avons tous nos forces<\/strong>. Quand certains seront tr\u00e8s flexibles, d&rsquo;autres auront beaucoup de force&#8230; Chacun est diff\u00e9rent mais l&rsquo;essentiel c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;essayer. Et d&rsquo;essayer encore. C&rsquo;est ce que je fais tous les jours sur mon tapis. Il y a une multitude de poses que je ne ma\u00eetrise pas, d&rsquo;autres que j&rsquo;ai besoin d&rsquo;approfondir. Parfois <strong>les poses qui nous paraissent les plus compliqu\u00e9es sont celles qu&rsquo;on a le plus besoin de travailler pour d\u00e9bloquer nos \u00e9motions<\/strong>. Alors\u00a0j&rsquo;essaie. Parfois j&rsquo;\u00e9choue, parfois je tombe. Aucune importance, je remonte \u00e0 cheval et j&rsquo;essaie de nouveau. Et soudain, un jour, comme par magie, quelque chose change et je r\u00e9ussis. L&rsquo;attachement au pass\u00e9 et la peur du futur\u00a0sont deux probl\u00e9matiques majeures pour moi. Mon pass\u00e9 d\u00e9termine qui je suis aujourd&rsquo;hui, il fera toujours partie de moi, mais je dois accepter de l\u00e2cher prise sur ce qui n&rsquo;est plus. De m\u00eame, il est impossible de ma\u00eetriser le futur. Personne ne peut pr\u00e9dire ce dont demain sera fait. Nous pouvons simplement <strong>agir sur le pr\u00e9sent<\/strong>, sur le moment que nous sommes en train de vivre. C&rsquo;est ce que j&rsquo;essaie de faire sur mon tapis, et c&rsquo;est ce qui me procure un tel apaisement.<\/p>\n<p>Le Yoga m&rsquo;a appris la <strong>compassion<\/strong>. Envers les autres mais <strong>surtout envers moi-m\u00eame<\/strong>. Je me suis toujours mise une \u00e9norme pression sur les \u00e9paules. Je me suis toujours trouv\u00e9e pas assez ceci ou cela. C&rsquo;est une impression difficile \u00e0 effacer mais le Yoga me permet de me concentrer sur l&rsquo;<strong>instant pr\u00e9sent<\/strong>, accepter l\u00e0 o\u00f9 je suis aujourd&rsquo;hui et ouvrir les yeux sur la chance que j&rsquo;ai d&rsquo;\u00eatre en vie.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Travaille ta respiration<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Tu l&rsquo;auras compris, les asanas ne sont qu&rsquo;un des aspects de la pratique mais le reste du travail se fait \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. Travaille sur <strong>ta respiration<\/strong> pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 un niveau plus profond de pratique. La respiration est cruciale dans la pratique comme dans la vie de tous les jours &#8211; <strong>sans oxyg\u00e8ne notre corps ne pourrait fonctionner<\/strong>. Elle te donne une indication sur comment tu te sens: quand tu es d\u00e9tendu(e), ta respiration est calme et allong\u00e9e, quand tu es stress\u00e9(e), \u00e9nerv\u00e9(e) ou angoiss\u00e9(e), ta respiration s&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e8re et devient saccad\u00e9e. En travaillant les techniques de respiration, tu peux apprendre \u00e0 maintenir une respiration profonde et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re pour une meilleure ma\u00eetrise de ton corps et de ton esprit, ainsi que l&rsquo;apaisement de ton syst\u00e8me nerveux.
