Ca me r\u00e9chauffe, c&rsquo;est sain et je peux les pr\u00e9parer en avance pour avoir le repas d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00eat quand je rentre tard de mes cours \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e du moment: soupe de potiron et ch\u00e2taignes. J&rsquo;adore la courge butternut, un peu plus sucr\u00e9e que le potiron. Pour les marrons, je les ach\u00e8te d\u00e9j\u00e0 cuits pour n&rsquo;avoir plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 les rajouter et les mixer une fois ma soupe pr\u00eate. Elle est particuli\u00e8rement efficace pour stimuler les d\u00e9fenses immunitaires et le syst\u00e8me respiratoire. Parfait pour lutter contre le rhume, mais aussi pour \u00e9loigner la grippe et autre infections hivernales. Je\u00a0l&rsquo;utilise avec un diffuseur d&rsquo;huiles essentielles. Je m&rsquo;y suis remise gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des vid\u00e9os sur internet car j&rsquo;avais besoin de travailler mon rythme cardio-vasculaire\u00a0en compl\u00e9ment du Yoga. Je fais \u00e9galement de la course \u00e0 pied.<\/p>\n<p>Le HIIT est un entra\u00eenement en intervalles \u00e0 haute intensit\u00e9 (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9 fractionn\u00e9s ou circuit).\u00a0Le principe est d&rsquo;allier des p\u00e9riodes d&rsquo;effort intense \u00e0 des p\u00e9riodes de repos ou de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration active. Typiquement, je travaille intens\u00e9ment 30 secondes, puis repos pendant 10 secondes avant d&rsquo;encha\u00eener un nouvel exercice. On peut choisir ses exercices en fonction de ce que l&rsquo;on souhaite travailler. Le HIIT peut s&rsquo;utiliser lors de tout type d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 (v\u00e9lo, natation, course, musculation&#8230; et m\u00eame le Yoga!). Pour ma part je me sers de vid\u00e9os en ciblant les zones du corps que je souhaite travailler.<\/p>\n<p>Facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser (pas besoin de poids ou d&rsquo;accessoires), rapide (un entra\u00eenement de 15 minutes peut \u00eatre largement suffisant), le HIIT permet de travailler les muscles, la force et la cardio. Un exercice tr\u00e8s complet pour compl\u00e9ter votre routine sportive si vous n&rsquo;avez pas peur de transpirer et d&rsquo;avoir des courbatures le lendemain!<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-2' soleil sur la Promenade des Anglais<\/em><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>J&rsquo;adore me promener sur la Promenade des Anglais en bord de mer. C&rsquo;est toujours un moment tr\u00e8s apaisant et ressour\u00e7ant pour moi. J&rsquo;avoue avoir beaucoup de chance de vivre \u00e0 seulement cinq minutes \u00e0 pied de ce bel endroit. Alors d\u00e8s que je peux, je vais admirer le lever ou le coucher du soleil. Il faut dire que les rabais ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s importants d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but. J&rsquo;ai flash\u00e9 sur ce beau poncho de la marque Sandro. Super pratique et tout en laine, donc hyper chaud.
