Ce n&rsquo;est pas mon premier essai. En laissant de c\u00f4t\u00e9 mes attentes, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert une nouvelle fa\u00e7on de me faire plaisir. Mais force est de constater que ce sport a impact a des cons\u00e9quences sur mon corps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Bouger avant tout<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La course \u00e0 pied est un sport accessible \u00e0 tous. J&rsquo;ai longtemps essay\u00e9 de m&rsquo;y mettre mais je n&rsquo;y trouvais aucun plaisir. Je me focalisais sur mon chrono que je ne trouvais pas assez bon. Je poussais mon corps et me mettais en souffrance sans me concentrer sur le plaisir de courir. J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9 appris \u00e0 courir. Plus lentement, en prenant mon temps, en regardant le paysage. J&rsquo;ai beaucoup de chance d&rsquo;habiter au bord de la mer alors \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent je me concentre sur le paysage et je me ressource. Je sens le sel marin dans l&rsquo;air et sur mon visage, je laisse ma peau chauffer au soleil et j&rsquo;ouvre grand les yeux pour admirer la beaut\u00e9 de ce qui m&rsquo;entoure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et surtout je laisse de c\u00f4t\u00e9 les objectifs de temps et de performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tr\u00e8s vite, j&rsquo;ai ressenti des petits d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ment d\u00fbs \u00e0 la course \u00e0 pied. Je parle bien s\u00fbr de mon exp\u00e9rience. <strong>Nous sommes tous diff\u00e9rents. Et bien s\u00fbr, je recommande \u00e0 tout le monde de courir. La course \u00e0 pied est un sport tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant pour muscler son corps et travailler son coeur. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bougez! Faites vous plaisir. Faites du bien \u00e0 votre corps. Exp\u00e9rimentez par vous m\u00eame, nous sommes tous diff\u00e9rents. Essayez tous les sports pour trouver ce qui vous convient. <\/strong><strong>Bouger est le plus important pour la sant\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais il est important de pratiquer ce sport en conscience. La course \u00e0 pied est en effet un sport \u00e0 impact qui peut avoir des cons\u00e9quences sur le corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:37px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2>Flexibilit\u00e9 \/ souplesse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne suis pas hyper souple mais c&rsquo;est vrai que le Yoga m&rsquo;a permis de gagner en souplesse et mobilit\u00e9 assez rapidement. D\u00e8s quelques mois de pratique, j&rsquo;ai ressenti une v\u00e9ritable souplesse s&rsquo;installer dans mon corps. Cela s&rsquo;est ressenti sur des gestes b\u00eates du quotidien comme se baisser, se relever du lit&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s que j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 courir, j&rsquo;ai tout de suite sentie une raideur importante s&rsquo;installer. J&rsquo;ai clairement perdu en souplesse quasi imm\u00e9diatement. J&rsquo;en ai presque \u00e9t\u00e9 surprise car je n&rsquo;ai pas pour autant arr\u00eat\u00e9 ma pratique de Yoga. Mais le constat \u00e9tait l\u00e0: raideur des ischio jambiers (muscles \u00e0 l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re des jambes), du psoas (\u00e0 l&rsquo;avant du bassin), des hanches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rien de grave ou qui m&#8217;emp\u00eache de vivre mais une sensation de raideur que je ne connaissais plus. La course \u00e0 pied est un sport \u00e0 impact. Chaque saut provoque un poids cons\u00e9quent sur nos articulations. Il n&rsquo;est donc pas \u00e0 prendre \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 6 mois, je m&rsquo;\u00e9couter +++. D\u00e8s que je sens mes articulations \u00eatre un peu douloureuse, je ralentis la fr\u00e9quence \u00e0 laquelle je cours ou je prends un peu de repos. Et ce qui a tout chang\u00e9, ce sont les chaussures que j&rsquo;utilise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Acheter de vraies bonnes chaussures de running change tout et est \u00e0 mes yeux essentiels pour prot\u00e9ger les articulations. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Et si cela persiste, je vais consulter un professionnel de sant\u00e9 pour avoir des conseils. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2>P\u00e9rin\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ah le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e, ce muscle qui est encore TELLEMENT tabou dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et qui est pourtant si IMPORTANT! Le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e est comme un hamac qui permet de soutenir nos organes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A chaque saut r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pendant la course \u00e0 pied on met 3 fois le poids du corps sur le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e \/ plancher pelvien. C&rsquo;est une charge cons\u00e9quente. Il faudrait donc id\u00e9alement courir en serrant son p\u00e9rin\u00e9e pour bien le garder engager. Mais engager son p\u00e9rin\u00e9e pendant 30 minutes voire 1h en continu est quasi mission impossible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A force, la course \u00e0 pied peut affaiblir le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e, surtout chez les femmes pour des raisons anatomique. Les cons\u00e9quences peuvent \u00eatre une sensation de lourdeur, une envie plus fr\u00e9quente d&rsquo;aller faire pipi, une g\u00eane en bas du ventre, des fuites urinaires. <em>Dans les cas les plus extr\u00eames<\/em>, une faiblesse du p\u00e9rin\u00e9e peut conduire \u00e0 des mycoses plus fr\u00e9quentes ou une descente d&rsquo;organes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Comment faire pour \u00e9viter cela?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas de panique, il suffit de rester attentif aux signes. <strong>Tout particuli\u00e8rement cette sensation de lourdeur et l&rsquo;impossibilit\u00e9 de se retenir de faire pipi<\/strong>. Ce sont deux signes tr\u00e8s clairs d&rsquo;une faiblesse du p\u00e9rin\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce cas l\u00e0, on arr\u00eate temporairement de courir et on va voir une sage femme pour entreprendre une r\u00e9\u00e9ducation du p\u00e9rin\u00e9e.
