J&rsquo;en ai plusieurs de la marque qui tiennent toute la journ\u00e9e. Aux d\u00e9tours d&rsquo;un shopping chez Nature et D\u00e9couvertes, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert ces batons d&rsquo;encens. L&rsquo;odeur est l\u00e9g\u00e8re et tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able. Je mets g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement: une banane, 200-300 ml de lait d&rsquo;amande non sucr\u00e9, une grosse cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de beurre de cacahu\u00e8te (j&rsquo;ach\u00e8te le mien en magasin bio).
