Une forme d&rsquo;exercice qui\u00a0adresserait \u00e0 la fois le corps et le mental;\u00a0la personne dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9. Pratiqu\u00e9es r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, ces disciplines\u00a0permettent d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer non seulement l&rsquo;aspect physique mais \u00e9galement la posture, les humeurs et d\u00e9veloppent petit \u00e0 petit un sentiment de bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le Yoga et le Pilates en font partie.\u00a0Vous en avez probablement entendu parl\u00e9. Ces deux disciplines\u00a0ont \u00e9norm\u00e9ment gagn\u00e9 en notori\u00e9t\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, notamment\u00a0gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 certaines stars internationales qui en ont largement vant\u00e9 les bienfaits.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais comment choisir ce qui vous convient? Quelle est la diff\u00e9rence entre le Pilates et le Yoga?\u00a0C&rsquo;est parti pour quelques explications.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qu&rsquo;est ce que le Yoga?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le Yoga est ouvert \u00e0 tous. Peu importe votre forme physique, votre souplesse, chacun pourra profiter des bienfaits de la pratique. Il <strong>am\u00e9liore l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ral en d\u00e9veloppant les muscles et la souplesse, en renfor\u00e7ant les articulations et en am\u00e9liorant la posture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais au del\u00e0 des bienfaits physiques certains de la pratique, <strong>le Yoga a une dimension plus profonde<\/strong>, spirituelle. Le terme \u00ab\u00a0Yoga\u00a0\u00bb signifie \u00ab\u00a0union\u00a0\u00bb en sanskrit (langue ancienne indienne). Le Yoga vise l&rsquo;union entre le corps et l&rsquo;esprit. Il a pour but de ramener l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre dans votre \u00eatre pour vivre en harmonie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le Yoga est bas\u00e9 sur un texte indien vieux de plus de 2000 ans \u00e9crit par Patanjali: les Yogas Sutras. Ce texte d\u00e9finit le Yoga comme un arbre \u00e0 8 branches menant au d\u00e9veloppement de soi: la pratique physique (les asanas) est une des branches, ainsi que les techniques de respiration et la m\u00e9ditation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le Yoga aujourd&rsquo;hui <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">dans la culture occidentale<\/span><\/strong>:\u00a0Il y a aujourd&rsquo;hui de nombreuses \u00e9coles diff\u00e9rentes de Yoga. Certaines pratiques sont davantage ax\u00e9es sur le d\u00e9veloppement du corps, d&rsquo;autres sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 spirituel. J&rsquo;aime \u00e0 penser qu&rsquo;il existe un Yoga pour chacun et pour chaque moment de vie. Le type de Yoga qui vous correspond aujourd&rsquo;hui ne sera pas le m\u00eame dans quelques ann\u00e9es. J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9pertori\u00e9 ici tous les <a href=\"http:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/index.php\/fr\/2016\/09\/22\/32\/\">types de Yoga<\/a>\u00a0que j&rsquo;ai exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s. Si vous en voyez d&rsquo;autres et que vous voulez plus d&rsquo;information, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 laisser un commentaire. Chaque Yoga est \u00e9galement diff\u00e9rent en fonction du professeur qui l&rsquo;enseigne. Ne vous formalisez pas. Il faut essayer pour trouver la personne qui vous inspire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Les bienfaits ressentis du Yoga:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Au niveau du corps<\/span>: la souplesse et une posture renforc\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Au niveau du mental<\/span>: une plus grande conscience de son corps et de son \u00eatre en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Cette m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement s&rsquo;inspire du Yoga, de la danse et de la gymnastique. Elle a pour but <strong>le d\u00e9veloppement des muscles profonds, l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrage musculaire, l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration ou la restauration des fonctions physiques<\/strong>. En d&rsquo;autres termes, le but du Pilates est de renforcer tous les muscles du corps de mani\u00e8re harmonieuse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le Pilates est pratiqu\u00e9 sur tapis ou sur des machines appel\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0re-former\u00a0\u00bb (plus rare).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Devenu tr\u00e8s populaire au d\u00e9but du si\u00e8cle, cette m\u00e9thode est utilis\u00e9e\u00a0depuis tr\u00e8s longtemps par les danseurs professionnels\u00a0qui ont besoin d&rsquo;une posture solide tout en \u00e9vitant de gagner en masse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La m\u00e9thode Pilates est initialement compos\u00e9e de 34 exercices. Chaque professeur y ajoute sa touche personnelle par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode originelle enseign\u00e9e par Joseph Pilates dans son studio New-Yorkais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les muscles du corps peuvent \u00eatre s\u00e9par\u00e9s en deux groupes: ceux du\u00a0mouvement et les posturaux.\u00a0La m\u00e9thode Pilates se concentre sur ces derniers muscles profonds\u00a0qui permettent de renforcer et stabiliser\u00a0le tronc: muscles centraux, abdominaux profonds, muscles du bas du dos, plancher pelvien. Bien que mes cours soient appel\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0Vinyasa\u00a0\u00bb pour la plupart, j&rsquo;aime travailler notre ceinture abdominale. Certes, on a tous envie d&rsquo;avoir un ventre plat\u00a0(ce qui soit dit en passant est majoritairement li\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;alimentation), mais d\u00e9velopper les abdominaux c&rsquo;est surtout avoir un corps plus fort, plus solide.
