D&rsquo;autant plus que les chants sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement\u00a0en sanskrit (langue traditionnelle indienne) et peuvent \u00eatre per\u00e7us comme spirituel et d\u00e9votionnel.\u00a0Les mantras et les chants\u00a0donnent en effet une dimension plus profonde \u00e0 la pratique, mais nous permettent surtout d&rsquo;aller un peu plus loin en provoquant des d\u00e9clics dans notre corps. Je vous livre ici mes ressentis et ma vision. Grande sceptique au d\u00e9but, les mantras et les chants sont aujourd&rsquo;hui une des plus belles parties de ma pratique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Mantras, chants et Yoga<\/h2>\n<h3>Qu&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;un mantra?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le terme mantra signifie \u00ab\u00a0protection de la pens\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0protection du mental\u00a0\u00bb. C&rsquo;est une formule condens\u00e9e, form\u00e9e d&rsquo;une seule syllable ou d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie de syllabes, r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e pendant la pratique afin de favoriser la concentration et la m\u00e9ditation. Les mantras peuvent avoir une dimension religieuse (pri\u00e8re \u00e0 certains Dieux protecteurs, offrande de sa pratique \u00e0 une force sup\u00e9rieure&#8230;) mais pas uniquement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lors d&rsquo;une pratique de Yoga, le professeur vous invite souvent \u00e0 prendre une intention pour votre pratique. Cette intention sera votre mantra. Cela peut \u00eatre un mot (\u00ab\u00a0paix\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0amour\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0force\u00a0\u00bb&#8230;), une phrase courte (\u00ab\u00a0l\u00e2cher prise\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0\u00eatre fort\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0se faire plaisir\u00a0\u00bb) que l&rsquo;on va venir r\u00e9p\u00e9ter dans notre t\u00eate au cours de la pratique. Cette intention va orienter votre pratique. Il doit correspondre \u00e0 ce que vous ressentez au plus profond de vous \u00e0 l&rsquo;instant pr\u00e9sent. Revenir \u00e0 cette intention au cours de la pratique aide \u00e0 garder sa concentration, tout particuli\u00e8rement quand l&rsquo;esprit commence \u00e0 diverger ou le souffle commence \u00e0 devenir irr\u00e9gulier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il existe \u00e9galement de nombreux mantras sanskrit pour donner une dimension plus profonde \u00e0 notre pratique. Souvent, les professeurs vous inviteront \u00e0 chanter ensemble au d\u00e9but ou \u00e0 la fin du cours.Ces mantras sont associ\u00e9s \u00e0 une signification, \u00e0 une symbolique et \u00e0 une \u00e9nergie subtile. Ils peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s puissants.\u00a0Je partage les principaux et vous donne leur signification un peu plus bas dans l&rsquo;article.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qu&rsquo;apporte un mantra?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Un instrument pour se connecter \u00e0 sa pratique<\/strong>: le mantra aide \u00e0 devenir pr\u00e9sent dans sa pratique. Il permet de donner une prise de conscience, et d&rsquo;\u00eatre dans l&rsquo;instant pr\u00e9sent. C&rsquo;est un formidable outil de concentration, quand notre esprit divague, quand le v\u00e9lo de notre t\u00eate ne peut s&rsquo;arr\u00eater de tourner. Il permet de calmer l&rsquo;esprit et de se connecter \u00e0 son corps. Votre pratique sera plus fluide, plus intense et les effets se feront imm\u00e9diatement sentir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Le pouvoir du son et des vibrations<\/strong>: le sanskrit, langue indienne ancienne traditionnelle, est aussi la science des sons et des vibrations du langage. Elle explore tous les sons et les connecte \u00e0 son environnement, de telle mani\u00e8re qu&rsquo;au del\u00e0 de la signification des mots, le son et leur vibration provoque des effets sur l&rsquo;entourage et la personne qui les produit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\">Le son des mantras produisent des vibrations dans le cerveau et dans le corps. Ces vibrations agissent aussi bien sur le plan physique que sur les plan psychique. Elles cr\u00e9eraient des ponts de neurones entre nos deux h\u00e9misph\u00e8res c\u00e9r\u00e9braux (notre cerveau sympathique et parasympathique <a href=\"http:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/index.php\/fr\/2016\/09\/27\/pourquoi-faire-du-yoga\/\" target=\"_blank\">dont je parle ici<\/a>), et participent \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un \u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;impact sur le bien-\u00eatre global<\/strong>: Le chant quotidien des mantras entretient certaines r\u00e9sonances b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour le corps.\u00a0Chaque son r\u00e9sonne dans le corps et les chakras, faisant vibrer des endroits sp\u00e9cifiques, des organes cibl\u00e9s et permettant de synchroniser les \u00e9nergies. Les yogis avanc\u00e9s sont capables de rep\u00e9rer ces impacts subtils. Mais que vous les rep\u00e8reriez ou pas, les effets sont les m\u00eames sur votre organisme et participeront \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de votre \u00e9quilibre \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et de votre sant\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La signification des mantras<\/strong>: Gr\u00e2ce au pouvoir des sons et leur r\u00e9sonance, il n&rsquo;est pas forc\u00e9ment important de conna\u00eetre la signification exacte des mantras chant\u00e9s pendant votre cours de Yoga. Si vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas forc\u00e9ment conscient de ce que vous \u00eates en train de chanter, votre corps et votre esprit en ressentent les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices et l&rsquo;intention plac\u00e9e dans le moment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Un outil pour am\u00e9liorer son quotidien et reprendre le contr\u00f4le<\/strong>: Les mantras vous aident \u00e0 approfondir votre pratique mais sont aussi un outil formidable de concentration dans la vie quotidienne. Pas besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre en mode \u00ab\u00a0Yoga\u00a0\u00bb pour les utiliser. Que vous vous sentiez fatigu\u00e9, stress\u00e9, seul, anxieux, excit\u00e9, choisissez le mot ou la phrase de votre choix et chantez l\u00e0 \u00e0 votre mani\u00e8re: en rythme, comme une berceuse ou m\u00eame dans votre t\u00eate. Les effets seront imm\u00e9diatement ressentis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Quelques mantras<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><span style=\"color: #70dcf4;\"><strong>Le son OM<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">OM repr\u00e9sente l&rsquo;Univers. Il est compos\u00e9 des lettres A, U et M. A est la premi\u00e8re\u00a0lettre de l&rsquo;alphabet sanskrit (son produit avec la bouche ouverte), le U repr\u00e9sente la continuit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;union (son produit avec le milieu de la bouche) tandis que le M est la consonne finale de l&rsquo;alphabet sanskrit (son produit l\u00e8vres ferm\u00e9es).
