Mais les lendemains sont parfois difficiles et douloureux. Ressenties par des millions de personnes apr\u00e8s le sport,\u00a0les courbatures peuvent parfois \u00eatre inconfortables et douloureuses. Mais pourquoi les ressent-on? Comment peut-on les pr\u00e9venir? Comment mieux les vivre? Je vous dis tout dans ce post.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les courbatures, c&rsquo;est quoi?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les courbatures sont des douleurs musculaires d&rsquo;apparition retard\u00e9e\u00a0qui correspondent \u00e0 des micro l\u00e9sions ou micro d\u00e9chirures des fibres musculaires, sans gravit\u00e9. Elles sont le signe d&rsquo;un effort accru du muscle qui est fatigu\u00e9 et s&rsquo;est durcit lors de l&rsquo;effort. Ces micro l\u00e9sions se r\u00e9parent toutes seules dans la semaine qui suit l&rsquo;effort.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comment rep\u00e9rer une courbature?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les courbatures apparaissent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement apr\u00e8s un exercice intense, dans un d\u00e9lai de 12h \u00e0 48h. Elles peuvent durer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une semaine pour les plus fortes. Elles se manifestent par des douleurs ou une sensation de raideur au niveau du ou des muscles qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sollicit\u00e9s pendant l&rsquo;effort. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, la douleur est mod\u00e9r\u00e9e et diffuse. Elle n&rsquo;appara\u00eet que lorsqu&rsquo;on sollicite le(s) muscle(s) concern\u00e9(s). La douleur n&rsquo;est donc pas permanente comme en cas de d\u00e9chirure musculaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Combien de temps durent-elles?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cela va d\u00e9pendre de deux facteurs: l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;effort produit et la condition physique de la personne. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les courbatures vont durer entre 4 et 7 jours.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quand apparaissent-elles?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elles sont ressenties le plus souvent apr\u00e8s un effort prolong\u00e9\u00a0ou intense. Elles peuvent \u00e9galement appara\u00eetre \u00e0 la reprise du sport apr\u00e8s un moment sans activit\u00e9, ou au commencement d&rsquo;un nouveau sport. En bref, elles apparaissent quand nos muscles sont sollicit\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re plus intense et prolong\u00e9e qu&rsquo;\u00e0 leur habitude.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lorsque j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 le Yoga je ressentais des courbatures apr\u00e8s chaque cours. Ce n&rsquo;est plus le cas \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, ou tr\u00e8s rarement. R\u00e9cemment, je me suis mise \u00e0 pratiquer le Yoga air (du Yoga suspendu dans un hamac &#8211; j&rsquo;\u00e9crirais un article \u00e0 ce sujet tr\u00e8s bient\u00f4t :)). C&rsquo;\u00e9tait nouveau pour moi, mes adducteurs (muscles \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des cuisses) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement sollicit\u00e9s et j&rsquo;ai ressenti des courbatures d\u00e8s le lendemain et pendant une semaine apr\u00e8s. Je continue \u00e0 pratiquer ce nouveau type de Yoga et je ne ressens plus de courbatures \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. Mes muscles se sont habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 travailler de la sorte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais les courbatures peuvent aussi appara\u00eetre lors d&rsquo;une infection virale (comme la grippe) ou lors de la prise de certains m\u00e9dicaments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comment les \u00e9viter?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Boire beaucoup<\/strong> avant et apr\u00e8s le sport pour r\u00e9hydrater les muscles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Ecouter son corps<\/strong> &#8211; je le dis et le r\u00e9p\u00e8te pendant tous mes cours. Notre corps est une incroyable machine qui nous envoie des signaux en permanence. En l&rsquo;\u00e9coutant, nous restons dans notre zone de confort et pas<br \/>\ndans une zone de douleur (les muscles travaillent juste ce qu&rsquo;il faut). Dans tout sport ou pratique, la cl\u00e9 est de travailler progressivement et ne pas d\u00e9marrer ou reprendre une activit\u00e9 sportive trop brutalement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>S&rsquo;\u00e9chauffer avant le sport<\/strong> &#8211; les \u00e9chauffements permettent de r\u00e9veiller le corps et les muscles en douceur. Commencer une activit\u00e9 avec une activit\u00e9 forte d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s violent pour le corps et les muscles et favorisera les micro l\u00e9sions et donc les courbatures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>S&rsquo;\u00e9tirer apr\u00e8s le sport<\/strong> &#8211; les \u00e9tirements permettent d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l&rsquo;enveloppe corporelle situ\u00e9e autour des muscles, le Fascia. C&rsquo;est cette enveloppe qui rend les muscles flexibles et les rel\u00e2ches. Il est donc important de prendre le temps de s&rsquo;\u00e9tirer \u00e0 la fin d&rsquo;une s\u00e9ance de sport pour rel\u00e2cher nos muscles. Cela n&#8217;emp\u00eachera pas forc\u00e9ment les courbatures mais pourra r\u00e9duire leur intensit\u00e9. Quelques \u00e9tirements simples \u00e0 <a href=\"http:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/index.php\/fr\/2016\/10\/21\/ma-routine-pour-me-sentir-bien\/\">pratiquer ici.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comment les soigner?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bougez<\/strong>: les courbatures disparaissent plus rapidement lorsque vous mettez vos muscles en mouvement et les assouplissez &#8211; le stretching, la marche \u00e0 pied sont particuli\u00e8rement efficaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Soyez patients<\/strong>: les courbatures sont le signe que vous avez trop forc\u00e9 sur vos muscles. Attendez quelques jours avant de pratiquer \u00e0 nouveau un effort intense et \/ ou prolong\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Prenez un bain (ou une douche) tr\u00e8s chaud(e)<\/strong>: la chaleur assoupli les muscles et d\u00e9lit les tensions. Les sportifs l&rsquo;utilisent pour lutter contre les courbatures, les mamans pour soigner les bobos du quotidien (bleus&#8230;). Disponible en petits comprim\u00e9s, en huile ou gel de massage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Adaptez votre alimentation<\/strong>: une alimentation riche en potassium, sodium et en vitamines aidera \u00e0 la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des muscles notamment apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;effort.
