Avec un rythme un peu d\u00e9cal\u00e9, souvent en train de travailler au moment des repas, pas \u00e9vident pour moi de toujours bien manger. Pour cela et depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es maintenant, je pr\u00e9pare mes plats en avance et adore le principe du Batchcooking! Je vous explique tout et partage quelques recettes et livres inspirant dans cet article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2>Batchcooking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A la maison nous sommes 3 et nous mangeons bien souvent diff\u00e9remment. Je ne mange presque aucune viande alors que mon mari et mon fils en mangent plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. <strong>Pour que les repas ne deviennent pas un casse t\u00eate, j&rsquo;aime pr\u00e9parer le week end plusieurs plats en grande quantit\u00e9<\/strong>. Je les pr\u00e9pare <strong>v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens<\/strong> et ensuite les gar\u00e7ons peuvent rajouter une prot\u00e9ine animale quand ils le souhaitent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Cuisiner c&rsquo;est un moment que j&rsquo;adore. Un moment de partage en famille ou une <a href=\"https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/index.php\/fr\/2019\/03\/05\/meditation-5-idees-recues\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"m\u00e9ditation seule (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\">m\u00e9ditation seule<\/a>, \u00e0 humer toutes les odeurs et mixer les couleurs tel un alchimiste!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Je r\u00e9alise aussi <strong>beaucoup de pr\u00e9paration de l\u00e9gumes seuls et de bases (f\u00e9culents, l\u00e9gumineuses)<\/strong> pour pouvoir les mixer ensuite au gr\u00e9 de nos envies. Hyper facile d&rsquo;ouvrir le frigo et ainsi d&rsquo;y aller y piocher quelque chose de sain et de d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00eat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mes recettes varient au fil des saisons. <strong>Je cuisine toujours de saison, et m&rsquo;alimente quasi exclusivement aupr\u00e8s de notre marchand local sur le march\u00e9. <\/strong>Quand il manque quelque chose, je vais en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral compl\u00e9ter au magasin bio, en m&rsquo;orientant toujours vers les produits locaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/10122020-IMG_3629.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/10122020-IMG_3629-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4928\" srcset=\"https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/10122020-IMG_3629-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/10122020-IMG_3629-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/10122020-IMG_3629-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/10122020-IMG_3629-1140x855.jpg 1140w, https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/10122020-IMG_3629-600x450.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2>Salade d&rsquo;hiver<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand on pense salade, on pense souvent tomate et on a du mal \u00e0 imaginer une belle salade d&rsquo;hiver. <strong>Et pourtant, je crois que ce sont mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es.<\/strong> C&rsquo;est vraiment sur les salades que le batchcooking prend tout son sens pour moi. Le week end, je pr\u00e9pare des tupperwares avec les ingr\u00e9dients simples. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, betteraves coup\u00e9es de l&rsquo;autre, chou \u00e9minc\u00e9, patate douce r\u00f4tie, chou fleur r\u00f4ti, salade et bases (cela varie entre du riz, riz sauvage, quinoa, petit \u00e9peautre ou lentille)<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Et \u00e0 partir de l\u00e0, je cr\u00e9\u00e9 mes variations au fil de mes envies. Hyper simple et tr\u00e8s peu de pr\u00e9paration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Ma salade favorite de cet hiver: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lentilles vertes<\/strong> en base: <em> je les fait soit \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau, soit \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau + revenir avec un oignon et un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. R\u00e9confortant et super bon! Je l&rsquo;ai vraiment invent\u00e9 au fil de mes exp\u00e9riences et je le d\u00e9cline en fonction des saisons et des l\u00e9gumes disponibles. En \u00e9t\u00e9, je suis fan de <strong>la version aux aubergines mais pour l&rsquo;hiver<\/strong>, je choisis <strong>carottes et \u00e9pinard.\ufeff<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pour la b\u00e9chamel:<\/strong> 50g de beurre (ou de margarine si vous voulez faire une version v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne), 50g de farine de bl\u00e9, 500 ml de lait de soja ou autre lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pour la garniture<\/strong>, je fais cuire les carottes en petits d\u00e9s \u00e0 la vapeur et blanchir les \u00e9pinards puis je les \u00e9minces et je fais revenir le tout ensemble dans un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive avec un oignon. J&rsquo;ajoute ensuite de la sauce tomates (environ 500 ml)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pour le montage:<\/strong> j&rsquo;utilise \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent des p\u00e2tes \u00e0 lasagne de lentilles, mais cela peut se faire avec des p\u00e2tes \u00e0 lasagne classiques bien entendu. Il suffit d&rsquo;alterner les couches en commen\u00e7ant par les p\u00e2tes, puis la garniture et la b\u00e9chamel et ainsi de suite en finissant par une couche de b\u00e9chamel sur laquelle on peut rajouter du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 ou du gomasio pour donn\u00e9 cet aspect croustillant sur le dessus!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A faire varier avec les l\u00e9gumes qui vous attirent et en fonction de la saison. Ce plat est toujours une r\u00e9ussite et fait tr\u00e8s vite oublier la traditionnelle version avec de la viande!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Fondue de poireaux, riz, \u00e9pinard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Compl\u00e8tement de saison, une recette que j&rsquo;adore, hyper saine et qui change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Pour les \u00e9pinards: couper les queues puis les faire blanchir 5 minutes dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour les poireaux, les faire d&rsquo;abord saisir \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, puis rajouter un verre d&rsquo;eau environ et laisser revenir \u00e0 feu moyen <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quand les poireaux sont presque cuits ajouter les \u00e9pinards \u00e9minc\u00e9s et faire revenir le tout ensemble quelques minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire cuire du riz \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 (ci-dessous j&rsquo;avais choisi des nouilles de soja sans gluten)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/7c70d64b-d81a-417b-9bcb-d02a31fd8e79\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/13122020-IMG_3695-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4923\" srcset=\"https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/13122020-IMG_3695-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/13122020-IMG_3695-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/13122020-IMG_3695-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/13122020-IMG_3695-1140x855.jpg 1140w, https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/13122020-IMG_3695-600x450.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2>Soupe butternut marrons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La simplicit\u00e9, la douceur de l&rsquo;hiver et le bonheur gustatif<\/strong>! Cela r\u00e9sume bien ce potage d&rsquo;hiver. J&rsquo;adore la butternut, qui est tr\u00e8s douce et sucr\u00e9e au go\u00fbt. Elle se marie ultra bien avec les marrons. R\u00e9sultat garanti. J&rsquo;en pr\u00e9pare tous les ans en entr\u00e9e pour No\u00ebl \u00e0 toute ma famille, et tout le monde est toujours convaincu! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Une belle butternut, que je fais revenir en gros morceaux \u00e0 la vapeur. J&rsquo;utilise le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boulanger.com\/ref\/1142958?store=F958&amp;utm_medium=liens_sponsorises&amp;utm_source=google&amp;utm_campaign=GS-PAM-Cuisine-et-cuisson-Cuiseur-Mijoteur&amp;utm_content=06-PAM&amp;utm_term=0640&amp;%253Fkard%253D1&amp;gclid=Cj0KCQiA2uH-BRCCARIsAEeef3kNuwzjGMFQlV8mjEiFj76mzaL9RT0IQrqeE_nGQrh1idMrMXWMQ0gaAn5QEALw_wcB&amp;gclsrc=aw.ds&amp;%3fkard=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Cookeo de Moulinex (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\">Cookeo de Moulinex<\/a><\/strong> qui cuit sous pression. Quel gain de temps pour nous!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je mixe ensuite la butternut cuite avec des marrons achet\u00e9s sous vide en magasin bio.
