R\u00e9cit de mon histoire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e 2020 n&rsquo;aura laiss\u00e9e personne indiff\u00e9rent. En nous privant de nos libert\u00e9s, de nos projets, en mettant notre vie professionnelle sans dessus dessous, en suspens ou en p\u00e9ril, ce sont tous nos rep\u00e8res qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9branl\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, j&rsquo;ai accueilli beaucoup de changements. Changement de pays, de maison, d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 professionnelle, \u00e9volution dans mes ami(e)s, arriv\u00e9e de mon fils, d\u00e9c\u00e8s de notre chat d&rsquo;amour&#8230; Beaucoup de chamboulements et j&rsquo;\u00e9tais heureuse en d\u00e9but d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e de trouver un semblant de stabilit\u00e9. <strong>Mais voil\u00e0 que le premier confinement est venu faire voler ce petit \u00e9quilibre en \u00e9clat. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peur de tout perdre, peur de mourir, col\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00eatre enferm\u00e9e, mal \u00eatre, sentiment d&rsquo;oppression, pr\u00e9sence d\u00e9cupl\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9seaux&#8230; je me suis laiss\u00e9e attrap\u00e9e dans un engrenage sans penser \u00e0 me prot\u00e9ger. J<strong>e me suis plong\u00e9e corps et \u00e2me dans ce que j&rsquo;aime le plus faire<\/strong>: offrir mes cours, partager mon chemin et aider les autres. Mais cette digitalisation de mes activit\u00e9s (qui m&rsquo;a permis de continuer \u00e0 travailler &#8211; et j&rsquo;en suis tellement reconnaissante!), a aussi amen\u00e9 des centaines de sollicitations quotidiennes, au point de me submerger. Au point de fr\u00f4ler le burn-out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai avanc\u00e9 un pas apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;autre avec tout le Feu de mon caract\u00e8re jusqu&rsquo;au jour o\u00f9 j&rsquo;ai ouvert la porte \u00e0 mes \u00e9motions. Elles m&rsquo;ont saut\u00e9es au visage. <strong>J&rsquo;ai ressenti une immense col\u00e8re pendant des semaines enti\u00e8re, une injustice aussi, suivie d&rsquo;une profonde tristesse<\/strong>. Un nuage noir et lourd au dessus de mon coeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"mce_3\">Laisser la place \u00e0 ses zones d&rsquo;ombre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je sais \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure o\u00f9 j&rsquo;\u00e9cris ces mots que tout cela avait un sens. <strong>Ces \u00e9motions m&rsquo;ont permis de plonger \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de moi et de r\u00e9soudre des traumatismes ancr\u00e9s en moi depuis bien des ann\u00e9es<\/strong>. Des douleurs remontant \u00e0 mon enfance, stock\u00e9es et bloqu\u00e9es au plus profond de moi. Cette ann\u00e9e m&rsquo;aura permis de gu\u00e9rir certaines blessures. <strong>En d\u00e9truisant mes rep\u00e8res, le confinement et l&rsquo;incertitude li\u00e9e \u00e0 cette ann\u00e9e auront fait sauter mes filtres, mes barri\u00e8res, mes retenues<\/strong>. L&rsquo;eau a pu s&rsquo;en \u00e9chapper et lib\u00e9rer les \u00e9motions enfouies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Apr\u00e8s ces mois \u00e9prouvants, je ressentais ce besoin de me retrouver, de faire le point. De me ressourcer, vraiment. D&rsquo;\u00eatre seule. En connexion avec la Nature. De ressentir ce tout dont je fais partie. De me faire passer en premier. Sans contrainte. Sans sollicitation. De tout couper pour revenir \u00e0 l&rsquo;essentiel. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait avant que le confinement et le COVID-19 s&rsquo;invitent dans nos vies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma retraite annul\u00e9e, j&rsquo;ai d&rsquo;abord abdiqu\u00e9e, puis j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que j&rsquo;avais tous les outils en moi pour partir seule. J&rsquo;accompagne mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, je pratique le Yoga quotidiennement, je m\u00e9dite et travaille sur moi depuis des ann\u00e9es. Peut \u00eatre \u00e9tait ce l&rsquo;occasion de me faire confiance car nous avons tous les cl\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de nous. J&rsquo;avais envie de me ressourcer et d&rsquo;\u00eatre seule. Rien de bien compliqu\u00e9 finalement. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait d\u00e9cid\u00e9, je mettais de c\u00f4t\u00e9 mes barri\u00e8res limitantes et d\u00e9cidais de partir seule dans un lieu qui me permettrait de d\u00e9connecter \u00e0 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.domainemonteverdi.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Le Domaine de Monte Verdi (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\">Le Domaine de Monte Verdi<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 s\u00e9journ\u00e9 en 2019 dans ce domaine avec mon mari. On est tous les deux tomb\u00e9s sous le charme de ce domaine nich\u00e9 dans un parc de 5 hectares de for\u00eats dans le Var. Le domaine propose des cabanes tout confort dans le bois. Sans wifi, avec tr\u00e8s peu de connexion. mais il s&rsquo;est impos\u00e9 \u00e0 moi. J&rsquo;ai puis\u00e9 dans mon exp\u00e9rience personnelle, dans ce qui me ressource, ce qui m&rsquo;apaise, qui me nourrit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma journ\u00e9e commen\u00e7ait par de la <strong>m\u00e9ditation<\/strong> au son des oiseaux, puis une pratique de Yoga en fonction de ma forme du jour et de mes envies du moment. Venait ensuite de <strong>longues promenades en for\u00eat, de la lecture, de l&rsquo;\u00e9criture et quelques siestes<\/strong>, toujours en \u00e9coutant simplement le rythme de mon corps. La digestion repr\u00e9sente environ 10% de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie consomm\u00e9e pendant la journ\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Je n&rsquo;ai donc rien mang\u00e9 pendant 72h.<\/strong> J&rsquo;ai uniquement bu de l&rsquo;eau (pas \u00e9norm\u00e9ment) et quelques tisanes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pensais que l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience serait difficile mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, <strong>cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 plut\u00f4t facile<\/strong>. Bien s\u00fbr, j&rsquo;ai ressenti la sensation de faim de temps \u00e0 autre, mais celle ci passait tr\u00e8s vite. J&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;impression que mon corps \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9clamait\u00a0\u00bb de la nourriture aux horaires o\u00f9 il savait que je prenais mes repas. Sans vraiment en ressentir le besoin! Les premi\u00e8res 24h sont pass\u00e9es tr\u00e8s facilement. Apr\u00e8s cela, j&rsquo;ai ressenti une baisse d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, qui s&rsquo;est intensifi\u00e9e apr\u00e8s 48h. Le souffle un peu plus court, et la t\u00eate qui tourne en me relevant un peu trop vite, mais rien de bien important. Moins de repas les trois jours pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant et succ\u00e9dant mon exp\u00e9rience mais aussi des aliments diff\u00e9rents: arr\u00eat complet des prot\u00e9ines animales (m\u00eame si j&rsquo;en mange tr\u00e8s peu), baisse puis arr\u00eat du gluten&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"mce_26\">Aller plus loin sur le je\u00fbne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe de nombreux livres pour vous guider si vous d\u00e9cider de suivre une telle exp\u00e9rience. <strong>Vous pouvez aussi vous faire accompagner par un naturopathe<\/strong>. En temps normal, je pratique <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"le je\u00fbne intermittent (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\" href=\"https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/index.php\/fr\/2019\/09\/14\/jeune-intermittent\/\" target=\"_blank\">le je\u00fbne intermittent<\/a>, qui me convient parfaitement. Mais je dois avouer qu&rsquo;un je\u00fbne plus long une ou deux fois par an est int\u00e9ressant. Cela apporte une grande sensation de l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et de purification. On se sent plus l\u00e9ger dans son corps, plus l\u00e9ger dans son esprit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Je mettrai tout de m\u00eame un b\u00e9mol pour les personnes souffrant de trouble du comportement alimentaire. J&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 la reprise alimentaire tr\u00e8s dure, et particuli\u00e8rement si on a eu un TCA plus jeune. J&rsquo;ai eu la chance de vivre une exp\u00e9rience incroyable pendant ce s\u00e9jour. Lors de ma derni\u00e8re nuit au domaine, nuit de pleine lune, <\/em><strong><em>je me suis r\u00e9veill\u00e9e en sursaut dans la nuit ressentant une pr\u00e9sence dans la chambre<\/em><\/strong><em>. Effray\u00e9e, j&rsquo;allume la lumi\u00e8re, pour poser les yeux <strong>sur un scorpion<\/strong>. Une fois la peur pass\u00e9e et mes esprits retrouv\u00e9s, je r\u00e9alise ce qui vient de se produire. La raret\u00e9 de cet animal, sa pr\u00e9sence dans ma chambre, une nuit de pleine lune et qui plus est la nuit de Samhain (la f\u00eate des morts)&#8230; Cet animal, symbole de transformation, symbole de gu\u00e9rison&#8230; celui qui transcende ses zones d&rsquo;ombres pour aller vers la lumi\u00e8re.
