J&rsquo;\u00e9tais hyperactive mais sur les nerfs.\u00a0J&rsquo;ai pass\u00e9 la\u00a0majeure\u00a0partie de la journ\u00e9e \u00e0 ruminer. J&rsquo;avais juste envie de taper dans quelque chose pour calmer mes nerfs. Et puis le soir, j&rsquo;ai regard\u00e9 par la fen\u00eatre et j&rsquo;ai vu la Lune pleine, bien ronde et illumin\u00e9e dans le ciel ni\u00e7ois. En un instant, tout a pris sens.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Hatha Yoga<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le terme \u00ab\u00a0Hatha\u00a0\u00bb est symbole de l&rsquo;harmonie des \u00e9nergies. En sanskrit <em>(langue indo-europ\u00e9enne, \u00e9quivalent du latin en Occident &#8211; cette langue \u00e9tait utilis\u00e9e dans les textes scientifiques et religieux en Inde)<\/em>, le terme \u00ab\u00a0Ha\u00a0\u00bb signifie le Soleil et \u00ab\u00a0Tha\u00a0\u00bb la Lune. Le Hatha Yoga est donc l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre entre ces deux \u00e9nergies compl\u00e9mentaires, le Soleil et la Lune.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le Soleil est <span style=\"color: #70cdf4;\">l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie masculine<\/span><\/strong>. Energie de vie, positive, elle correspond aux fonctions physiques et vitales. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de l&rsquo;action. Elle\u00a0circule dans le c\u00f4t\u00e9 droit de notre corps.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La Lune repr\u00e9sente <span style=\"color: #70cdf4;\">le c\u00f4t\u00e9 f\u00e9minin<\/span><\/strong> et correspond aux fonctions mentales. C&rsquo;est notre r\u00e9ceptivit\u00e9, nos \u00e9motions. Cette \u00e9nergie\u00a0circule dans le c\u00f4t\u00e9 gauche de notre corps.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nous sommes tous compos\u00e9s de cette bi-polarit\u00e9 (comme tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments)\u00a0et l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimentons au quotidien (peine et joie, resistance et l\u00e2cher prise, activit\u00e9 et repos&#8230;).\u00a0Le Hatha Yoga utilise les postures, le souffle, la m\u00e9ditation pour trouver\u00a0l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre \u00a0entre le corps, le mental et l&rsquo;esprit. Il permet de synchroniser\u00a0nos \u00e9nergies pour former un tout.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><em><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre de vie<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au del\u00e0 de la pratique du Yoga, l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre entre les \u00e9nergies, entre notre c\u00f4t\u00e9 masculin et f\u00e9minin est une v\u00e9ritable philosophie de vie. L&rsquo;image per\u00e7ue des Yogi est tr\u00e8s id\u00e9alis\u00e9e. Mais la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est autre. Parce que vivre Yoga ce n&rsquo;est pas \u00eatre parfait, manger sain tous les jours, tout surmonter sans probl\u00e8me, \u00eatre gentil avec tout le monde, calme en toute circonstance&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Vivre Yoga ce n&rsquo;est pas \u00e9liminer une \u00e9nergie au d\u00e9triment d&rsquo;une autre. C&rsquo;est justement trouver son \u00e9quilibre. Cet \u00e9quilibre si fragile et propre \u00e0 ch<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-183 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Fichier-9-copie-287x300.png\" alt=\"fichier-9-copie\" width=\"173\" height=\"181\" srcset=\"https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Fichier-9-copie-287x300.png 287w, https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Fichier-9-copie.png 341w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 173px) 100vw, 173px\" \/>acun. Celui qui nous convient et nous permet d&rsquo;\u00eatre plus fort, plus apais\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Manger sain et puis s&rsquo;autoriser des petits plaisirs de temps \u00e0 autre. Se\u00a0maquiller et bien s&rsquo;habiller un jour et passer la journ\u00e9e en jogging les cheveux gras le lendemain. Rester\u00a0sous la couette et ne pas trouver la motivation de faire quoi que ce soit un dimanche pluvieux (ou pas ^^) \/ vivre \u00e0 100 \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure le lendemain et abattre une liste de t\u00e2che plus longue que son bras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nos deux forces sont compl\u00e9mentaires et ne pourraient exister l&rsquo;une sans l&rsquo;autre, comme la Lune ne serait pas visible sans le Soleil.\u00a0Cette dualit\u00e9 des forces\u00a0est vitale.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>La Lune &#8211; l&rsquo;effet des astres sur notre corps<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De nombreuses \u00e9tudes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es pour prouver les effets de la Lune sur notre corps. Certaines sont contradictoires mais je pense qu&rsquo;il faut aussi parfois \u00e9couter ce que l&rsquo;on ressent. Ecouter\u00a0ses sens et croire en son exp\u00e9rience. Comme je l&rsquo;expliquais plus haut,\u00a0tout ce qui touche \u00e0 la Lune rel\u00e8ve de l&rsquo;affect.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En p\u00e9riode de pleine Lune, on peut avoir du mal \u00e0 dormir, se sentir d\u00e9prim\u00e9 et tr\u00e8s \u00e9motif. On se prend plus souvent la t\u00eate, on s&rsquo;imagine des choses et c&rsquo;est en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral une tr\u00e8s mauvaise p\u00e9riode pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions ou faire des grands discours sentimentaux (au risque de laisser nos mots d\u00e9passer\u00a0notre pens\u00e9e).
