Et m\u00eame si un certain niveau de stress peut \u00eatre positif et nous aider \u00e0 aller de l&rsquo;avant, il devient en revanche n\u00e9gatif quand il est pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 l&rsquo;exc\u00e8s. Le Yoga et la m\u00e9ditation aident \u00e0 r\u00e9guler le niveau de stress et \u00e0 lutter contre l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. Dans cet article, je partage 3 postures de Yoga particuli\u00e8rement efficaces pour lutter contre le stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Stress\u00e9? Et si on se posait ensemble pour prendre une grande respiration? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le stress est la source de nombreux maux: anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, sommeil difficile, tensions diverses dans le corps&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est aliment\u00e9 par notre mode de vie moderne \u00e0 100 \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure o\u00f9 nous devons toujours faire plus et plus vite. Toutes les informations auxquelles nous sommes soumis via les r\u00e9seaux sociaux notamment contribuent \u00e9galement \u00e0 l&rsquo;alimenter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Le Yoga, par sa relation corps esprit, permet d&rsquo;apaiser les tensions physiques du corps et de reposer notre mental. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><font color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"background-color: rgb(225, 190, 231);\"><b>Le Yoga:<\/b><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>aide \u00e0 lutter contre le stress <\/strong><\/li><li><strong>diminue le niveau de cortisol dans l&rsquo;organisme<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;action du Yoga est double. <strong>En associant des postures simples (asanas) \u00e0 la respiration (pranayama), il agit \u00e0 la fois sur le corps en d\u00e9tendant les tissus et sur l&rsquo;esprit en activant le syst\u00e8me nerveux parasympathique<\/strong> (syst\u00e8me nerveux activ\u00e9 lorsque nous nous reposons ou dormons). Le Yoga nous permet ainsi d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 un \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9tat m\u00e9ditatif\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il permet de retrouver le calme en soi peu importe les limites physiques et les contraintes du quotidien. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec la pratique, les effets d&rsquo;une pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re (m\u00eame courte &#8211; 5 minutes par jour peuvent suffire!) sont tr\u00e8s larges.<strong>Un meilleur sommeil, une augmentation de la confiance en soi, de meilleures prise de d\u00e9cisions et bien s\u00fbr une r\u00e9duction significative du stress&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1>POSTURES DE YOGA ANTI STRESS<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2>ENFANT (BALASANA)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"mce_49\">\ud83c\udf19<strong>COMMENT FAIRE ?&nbsp;\ufeff<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Asseyez vous \u00e0 genoux sur votre tapis, gros orteils en contact, genoux ensemble et venez d\u00e9posez les ischions sur les talons. D\u00e9posez le buste sur les cuisses et allongez les bras vers l&rsquo;avant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"mce_52\">\ud83c\udf19 <strong>BIENFAITS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette posture est extr\u00eamement restauratrice. Rel\u00e2chez la t\u00eate, lib\u00e9rez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les genoux afin de d\u00e9compresser le dos. Eloignez les \u00e9paules des oreilles, poussez les ischions vers le ciel et les talons vers le sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"mce_57\">\ud83c\udf19 <strong>BIENFAITS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La posture chien t\u00eate en bas est une posture d&rsquo;inversion. Elle permet d&rsquo;amener un afflux sanguin important au cerveau. Cela apaise le syst\u00e8me nerveux imm\u00e9diatement. Ramenez les mains \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de votre poitrine. Serrez les coudes \u00e0 votre torse et poussez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dans vos mains pour soulever la poitrine. Pensez \u00e0 garder les omoplates rapproch\u00e9es et descendues dans le dos afin de lib\u00e9rer la poitrine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"mce_68\">\ud83c\udf19 <strong>BIENFAITS\ufeff<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le but de cette posture est de retrouver de l&rsquo;espace dans le haut du dos et la poitrine. La posture du cobra \u00e9tire les \u00e9paules et am\u00e9liore la souplesse de la colonne vert\u00e9brale. Elle renforce les bras et le haut du dos, donne de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie au corps. Restez une dizaine de respiration puis changez de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Vous pouvez ajouter \u00e0 cette posture une torsion en basculant ensuite le genou vers le c\u00f4t\u00e9 oppos\u00e9.
