Il rythme nos vies et si un certain degr\u00e9 de stress est n\u00e9cessaire et b\u00e9n\u00e9fique, une surcharge de stress cr\u00e9\u00e9 de nombreux probl\u00e8mes au niveau physique comme mental. Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 dormir, crises d&rsquo;angoisse, migraines, prise ou perte de poids&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Dans cet article, je te propose deux axes: le Yoga &amp; l\u2019alimentation.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h2>Comment apprendre \u00e0 g\u00e9rer son stress gr\u00e2ce au yoga?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"mce_5\">PRANAYAMA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce sont les exercices de respiration que l&rsquo;on peut pratiquer en Yoga. Il existe en existe de toutes sortes. Certains viennent stimuler l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie en nous, d&rsquo;autres vont acc\u00e9der \u00e0 certains blocages pour les rel\u00e2cher. Tous vont permettre d&rsquo;activer le syst\u00e8me nerveux parasympathique, responsable de la mise en repos. Ainsi, les peurs, l\u2019estime de soi, la fatigue, les capacit\u00e9s d\u2019action, \u2026 sont guid\u00e9es par son \u00e9quilibre. Le plexus solaire est en d\u2019autres termes,&nbsp;<strong>le centre de stabilit\u00e9 interne et externe<\/strong>. Elles permettent \u00e0 la fois de rel\u00e2cher le corps et l&rsquo;esprit: la synchronisation du mouvement avec la respiration am\u00e8ne le mental \u00e0 se poser, la rapidit\u00e9 du flow emp\u00eache les pens\u00e9es de revenir. L&rsquo;\u00e9nergie circule: \u00e9tirement du coeur, des jambes, du dos. Tout est travaill\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commencez votre journ\u00e9e par cet exercice. Votre journ\u00e9e va alors se d\u00e9rouler plus calmement, plus en conscience.
