Au petit d\u00e9jeuner en tartine mais plus r\u00e9cemment, je l&rsquo;ai ins\u00e9r\u00e9 dans mes smoothies bowls. Un d\u00e9lice!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pour le smoothie: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; 1\/2 banane (j&rsquo;utilise l&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9 pour le topping)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 petit avocat<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 ml de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (environ, je mesure rarement)<br \/>\nMixez le tout dans un blinder. Si la texture est trop p\u00e2teuse, rajoutez un peu de lait.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les toppins que j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9s ici:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; 1\/2 banane coup\u00e9e<br \/>\n&#8211; graines de chia<br \/>\n&#8211; granola<br \/>\n&#8211; noix de coco rap\u00e9e<\/p>\n<h3>Les autres toppings que vous pouvez utiliser:<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; alternez les noix: amandes, noix de cajou, noisettes, noix de macadamia<br \/>\n&#8211; baies de goji<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00e9clats de chocolat noir<br \/>\n(&#8230;)<\/p>\n<h3>Mes petits conseils perso:<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; vous pouvez aussi rajouter du beurre de noix (beurre de cacahu\u00e8te, beurre de noisette) dans le smoothie bowl pour plus d&rsquo;onctuosit\u00e9 et ajouter les valeurs nutritives de noix.<br \/>\n&#8211; variez les laits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux: amande, coco, avoine, soja en fonction de vos go\u00fbts et des associations que vous aimez<br \/>\n&#8211; je cong\u00e8le mes bananes \u00e0 maturation (quand il y a des petites t\u00e2ches noires sur la peau). A ce stade, le fruit est plus digeste et moins sucr\u00e9.
