M\u00eame si je dois avouer que tout \u00e7a est tr\u00e8s excitant, je ressens aussi un peu de stress. Alors aujourd&rsquo;hui j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de partager ma routine bien-\u00eatre\u00a0pour prendre la vie du bon c\u00f4t\u00e9. Parce que parfois il suffit de pas grand chose pour prendre du recul et r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 profiter de l&rsquo;instant pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n<h3>COURIR ET S&rsquo;ETIRER APRES LE SPORT<\/h3>\n<p>Quand je me r\u00e9veille et que je sens une boule de stress au niveau de mon estomac, je sais pertinemment que je vais passer une mauvaise journ\u00e9e si je ne fais rien. Je n&rsquo;aurai pas le moral, je ronchonnerai, je verrai le tableau tout noir au lieu de le voir avec ses nuances de gris et de blanc! Mon rem\u00e8de n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s compliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>1. \u00a0<i>Mettre le corps en route<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;enfile mes baskets pour aller courir et respirer l&rsquo;air frais. Je ne vais jamais courir trois heures, je ne suis pas une athl\u00e8te et j&rsquo;ai vite mal aux genoux. Et puis, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re courir modestement et ne pas me d\u00e9go\u00fbter. Je me suis \u00e9tabli un parcours que je sais que je peux faire, qui passe par des endroits que j&rsquo;aime tout particuli\u00e8rement et je m&rsquo;y tiens! A vous d&rsquo;adapter en fonction de votre condition physique et du temps que vous avez (ca peut \u00eatre marcher ou au contraire aller \u00e0 la salle de sport &#8211; peu importe ce qui vous convient). Pour moi, mon parcours est de 3,5 km, que je fais g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en une vingtaine de minutes. Je passe toujours par le bord de mer, qui a un c\u00f4t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s apaisant pour moi, et la coul\u00e9e verte.<\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il me suffit de quelques minutes pour me sentir d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup mieux :). Et sur le retour, je passe par la boulangerie, prendre du pain frais pour attaquer la suite de ma routine!<\/p>\n<p>Je ne pars jamais sans ma musique et mes \u00e9couteurs bluetooth.\u00a0J&rsquo;en suis amoureuse. Vous pouvez me suivre sur Spotify @ Delphine Marie<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2<em>.\u00a0Quelques \u00e9tirements<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;aime prendre quelques instants pour bien m&rsquo;\u00e9tirer apr\u00e8s le sport. J&rsquo;aime beaucoup cet article tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant sur <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.fr\/yann-couderc\/conseils-etirements_b_4176546.html\">les \u00e9tirements et les id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues<\/a>. Comme vous le lirez, les \u00e9tirements apr\u00e8s le sport, ce n&rsquo;est pas pour les courbatures (qui sont en fait des micro l\u00e9sions des muscles) mais ils aident \u00e0 la relaxation, au rel\u00e2chement des muscles et \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.\u00a0La r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration du corps est primordiale. C&rsquo;est pendant ce temps que nos cellules se r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8rent en produisant l&rsquo;acide hyaluronique (que les femmes connaissent bien!).<\/p>\n<p>Du coup, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral j&rsquo;en profite pour int\u00e9grer un peu de Yoga. 5-10 minutes maximum mais \u00e7a aide v\u00e9ritablement sur mon bien-\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et sur le niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de ma C&rsquo;est le repas le plus important, qui va vous donner des forces pour la journ\u00e9e \u00e0 venir. Beaucoup l&rsquo;aiment sucr\u00e9, moi j&rsquo;aime sa version sal\u00e9e. Du pain, du fromage, de l&rsquo;avocat, un fruit frais. Ca me permet de faire le plein en sucres rapides et lents, et en prot\u00e9ines pour tenir jusqu&rsquo;au d\u00e9jeuner. Quand j&rsquo;ai le temps, j&rsquo;adore aussi me faire des smoothies.
