Je parle au pass\u00e9 car aujourd&rsquo;hui ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;un ancien souvenir. Et ce, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ma pratique du Yoga. Voici pourquoi le Yoga aide v\u00e9ritablement \u00e0 soulager les probl\u00e8mes de dos, \u00e0 les r\u00e9soudre et\/ou \u00e0 les pr\u00e9venir sur le long terme.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il y a de nombreuses raisons pour lesquelles la pratique de Yoga est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour votre corps. Les probl\u00e8mes de dos en font partie. Une grande partie de la population souffre de probl\u00e8me de dos, plus ou moins important: douleurs au niveau des cervicales, des \u00e9paules, du centre du dos ou des lombaires. M\u00eame les mouvements les plus simples du quotidien peuvent devenir douloureux.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Les zones cervicales, dorsales ou lombaires sont sensibles et subissent l&rsquo;effet de la pesanteur ainsi que les cons\u00e9quences de nos mauvaises postures et du stress. <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Les causes sont nombreuses et vari\u00e9es: blessures, mauvaise posture, mouvements r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs ou tout simplement vieillissement de l\u2019organisme. <strong>M\u00eame de grands sportifs peuvent en souffrir.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Yoga va venir travailler notre souplesse, notre tonicit\u00e9 musculaire et nous apprendre \u00e0 g\u00e9rer notre stress. A la diff\u00e9rence des autres pratiques sportives, le Yoga agit sur plusieurs niveaux: <strong>renforcement musculaire, \u00e9tirement de la colonne, am\u00e9lioration de la mobilit\u00e9 et gestion du stress.<\/strong> Ce sont ces actions combin\u00e9es et une pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re qui vont aider \u00e0 g\u00e9rer ses douleurs chroniques.<\/p>\n<h3>Soulager le mal de dos en quelques minutes<\/h3>\n<p>Certaines postures de yoga permettent de <strong>soulager les douleurs en quelques instants<\/strong>. Leur manque de souplesse les rend sujet aux inflammations et aux ruptures. Ils exercent une pression sur nos nerfs, ce qui provoque nos douleurs. Pour \u00e9viter ce vieillissement et les douleurs associ\u00e9es, il faut r\u00e9 aligner la colonne et le bassin et rel\u00e2cher les muscles afin que la colonne puisse retrouver sa forme initiale.<\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres de nos postures exercent en effet une tensions musculaire sur la colonne qui se d\u00e9place sous la tension des muscles. Le Yoga va donc chercher \u00e0 \u00e9tirer les muscles rattach\u00e9s au bassin afin de lib\u00e9rer les tensions et laisser la colonne se rallonger.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques exercices qui permettent d&rsquo;\u00e9tirer les ischios jambiers ainsi que le psoas pour soulager la pression sur notre colonne et aider le corps \u00e0 se r\u00e9 aligner naturellement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Genou <strong>maintiennent notre posture.<\/strong> Ils nous permettent de rester debout sans effort et assurent la pr\u00e9cision de nos mouvements. Ils soutiennent notre colonne et notre posture et se situent essentiellement au niveau de notre buste (autour de la colonne vert\u00e9brale, au niveau des \u00e9paules et des hanches). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dans notre mode de vie s\u00e9dentaire, ils sont souvent trop peu sollicit\u00e9s et n&rsquo;assurent donc plus un bon maintien de la colonne et des articulations. En r\u00e9sulte douleurs de mal de dos, de genoux ou de cervicales dont souffre une grande partir de la population. De plus, le travail sur ordinateur, les transports, nos sacs trop lourds&#8230; sont autant de gestes du quotidien qui d\u00e9stabilisent notre posture et y accumulent les tensions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Certains sports renforcent les muscles superficiels tandis que <strong>le Yoga travaille justement sur les muscles profonds de la posture<\/strong>. Le corps est plus stable, <strong>les muscles sont plus forts mais aussi plus \u00e9tir\u00e9s<\/strong>. <strong>La posture est renforc\u00e9e et les articulations prot\u00e9g\u00e9es<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le Yoga construit jour apr\u00e8s jour une silhouette harmonieuse en travaillant les muscles dont nous avons besoin pour soutenir notre corps dans nos t\u00e2ches de tous les jours.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Combattre le stress associ\u00e9 au mal de dos par le yoga<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Etirements et renforcement ne sont pas les seuls bienfaits de la pratique de Yoga. <strong>La gestion du stress<\/strong> est \u00e9galement en t\u00eate de liste. Dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui va toujours plus vite, toujours plus exigeante, le stress est omni pr\u00e9sent. Et le stress est une<strong> composante p\u00e9jorative des pathologies chroniques telle que la lombalgie<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">l amplifie nos tendances vers les mauvaises postures (tensions dans les \u00e9paules, repli sur soi) et d\u00e9cuple les ressentis de la douleur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le stress amplifie les sensations de douleurs et g\u00e9n\u00e8re la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion d&rsquo;hormones (tel le cortisol) qui d\u00e9grade le syst\u00e8me immunitaire rendant l&rsquo;organisme plus fragile.<\/p>\n<p>Le Yoga et la m\u00e9ditation agissent sur notre mental: nous apprenons \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le stress, \u00e0 nous recentrer pour retrouver le calme et \u00e0 prendre du recul sur les sensations du corps. En outre, des recherches r\u00e9centes ont prouv\u00e9es que <strong>le Yoga et la m\u00e9ditation permettent de reprogrammer nos g\u00e8nes<\/strong> qui ne produisent alors plus les m\u00eames prot\u00e9ines. Ces deux pratiques <strong>r\u00e9duisent notamment la production des mol\u00e9cules d\u00e9clenchant les inflammations, lib\u00e9r\u00e9es lors du stress<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La pratique du Yoga et de la m\u00e9ditation permet d&rsquo;\u00eatre en meilleure sant\u00e9 en ralentissant le vieillissement de nos cellules et en reprogrammant notre syst\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9tique.
