Oui mais voil\u00e0, quels sont ces termes que le professeur emploie et qui vous \u00e9chappent? Le sanskrit est la langue ancienne traditionnelle indienne. Le Yoga, pratique ancestrale de plus de 2000 ans, l&rsquo;utilise. QUID de 10 mots essentiels \u00e0 votre d\u00e9but de pratique.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #d4af37;\">ASANA<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Posture. Ce sont les postures physiques adopt\u00e9es pendant le cours de Yoga.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #d4af37;\">PRANAYAMA\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Le Prana est l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie vitale, souffle de vie, qui circule dans notre corps. Yama signifie le contr\u00f4le. Le terme Pranayama d\u00e9signe donc le contr\u00f4le de la respiration ou les techniques utilis\u00e9es pendant la pratique du Yoga pour apprendre \u00e0 la ma\u00eetriser. Les exercices sont multiples et puissants, ils peuvent \u00eatre tout simple (apporter son attention sur sa respiration) ou beaucoup plus complexes (la respiration du feu, la respiration du souffle victorieux, la respiration altern\u00e9e par les narines&#8230;). Toutes ces techniques ont pour but l&rsquo;apaisement du mental et le r\u00e9 \u00e9quilibrage des \u00e9nergies du corps.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #d4af37;\">MANTRA<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Un <a href=\"http:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/index.php\/fr\/2018\/03\/15\/mantra-blog-yoga-nice-alpesmaritimes\/\">mantra<\/a> est un mot, une succession de syllabe ou une phrase r\u00e9cit\u00e9(s) mentalement ou \u00e0 voix orale de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e afin de calmer l&rsquo;agitation mentale et d&rsquo;amener son intention sur un \u00e9l\u00e9ment particulier. Certains mantras appellent \u00e0 la protection, d&rsquo;autres permettent de ramener l&rsquo;amour inconditionnel ou la bienveillance par exemple dans nos vies.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #d4af37;\"><strong>BANDHA<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Les <a href=\"http:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/index.php\/fr\/2018\/04\/09\/bandhas-blog-yoga-nice-alpesmaritimes\/\">bandhas<\/a> sont les verrous \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Il en existe trois: le premier au niveau du p\u00e9rin\u00e9e (Mula Bandha), le deuxi\u00e8me au niveau du nombril (Uddiyana Bandha) et le troisi\u00e8me au niveau de la gorge (Jalandhara Bandha). Leur engagement permet de concentrer l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie vitale \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de notre corps, ce qui donne plus de puissance aux exercices de pranayama et \u00e0 la pratique des asanas.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #d4af37;\"><strong>VINYASA<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Le Vinyasa est un style de Yoga, au m\u00eame type que le Hatha yoga ou l&rsquo;Ashtanga yoga. Ce terme sanskrit signifie synchronisation entre mouvement et respiration. Ce style de yoga est donc tr\u00e8s fluide et dynamique. C&rsquo;est un yoga libre et cr\u00e9atif, chaque s\u00e9quence est diff\u00e9rente, cr\u00e9\u00e9e par le professeur en fonction des envies des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, des besoins de chacun, de la saison et des \u00e9nergies environnantes.<\/p>\n<p>La Vinyasa d\u00e9signe aussi un encha\u00eenement de 4 postures caract\u00e9ristique de ce style de yoga &#8211; la vinyasa est compos\u00e9e de la planche, du chatturanga, du chien t\u00eate en haut et du chien t\u00eate en bas. Ces postures se succ\u00e8dent au rythme d&rsquo;une pose par respiration pour faire un encha\u00eenement fluide, rapide qui permet de maintenir une haute \u00e9nergie dans le corps pendant toute la pratique. On pourrait croire que cette posture est simple mais elle demande un grand engagement des muscles et une pr\u00e9cision avanc\u00e9e afin d&rsquo;\u00e9tirer le corps et de renforcer les muscles profonds.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #d4af37;\"><strong>UTKATASANA\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>La posture <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=1a6cyJAaifY\">de la chaise<\/a>. Assis dans une chaise imaginaire, les fesses bien recul\u00e9es pour que les genoux ne d\u00e9passent pas les chevilles (on doit pouvoir voir ses pieds), les bras tendus le long des oreilles. C&rsquo;est une posture tr\u00e8s intense.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #d4af37;\"><b>SAVASANA<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>La <a href=\"http:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/index.php\/fr\/2017\/03\/29\/shavasana\/\">posture du cadavre<\/a> qui vient cl\u00f4turer toute pratique de yoga. C&rsquo;est le moment de relaxation \/ m\u00e9ditation finale du cours. Allong\u00e9 au sol, les bras le long du corps, paumes de mains tourn\u00e9es vers le ciel, le corps compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9tendu, la respiration naturelle. C&rsquo;est la posture la plus importante et \u00e0 la fois la plus compliqu\u00e9e du corps. Importante, car elle permet au muscle de se r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer, au corps et \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer tous les bienfaits de la pratique. Compliqu\u00e9e car il peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s difficile de rester de longues minutes avec ses pens\u00e9es sans bouger.<\/p>\n<h3>Deux mantras<\/h3>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #d4af37;\"><strong>OM<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>C&rsquo;est le plus important de tous les mantras. OM (ou A-O-M) est la syllabe sanskrite sacr\u00e9e qui repr\u00e9sente le son originel \/ le son de l&rsquo;univers. La vibration du son est divine et serait la vibration \u00e0 partir de laquelle tout l&rsquo;univers fut cr\u00e9\u00e9. Lorsque l&rsquo;on chante OM, on synchronise ses \u00e9nergies. La vibration du son dans notre corps a de nombreux impacts b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques au niveau de notre sant\u00e9 physique comme mentale. Il est souvent chant\u00e9 en d\u00e9but et \/ ou en fin de cours.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #d4af37;\"><strong>NAMASTE<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le divin en moi reconna\u00eet et honore le divin en toi\u00a0\u00bb. Souvent utilis\u00e9 pour dire merci ou bonjour, le terme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=64GpiTl535s\">Namast\u00e9<\/a> est bien plus profond que cela. Il reconna\u00eet la lumi\u00e8re de l&rsquo;\u00e2me en chacun de nous et la salue en l&rsquo;autre.
