Inspir\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine par les moines bouddhistes, cette pratique est encore aujourd&rsquo;hui entour\u00e9e de nombreuses fausses id\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>\u00ab\u00a0La m\u00e9ditation est une religion\u00a0\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p><strong>FAUX.<\/strong> La m\u00e9ditation est en effet inspir\u00e9 du bouddhisme. Mais personne n&rsquo;a besoin de pratiquer une quelconque religion, ou philosophie de vie pour m\u00e9diter. La m\u00e9ditation est un exercice de l&rsquo;esprit et non un dogme. Elle fait appel \u00e0 l&rsquo;intelligence et non aux croyances.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00ab\u00a0Il faut \u00eatre calme pour m\u00e9diter\u00a0\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p><strong>VRAI ET FAUX.<\/strong> C&rsquo;est un peu comme les personnes qui me disent qu&rsquo;elles ne peuvent pas pratiquer le Yoga car elles ne sont pas souples. Bien au contraire! La pratique est justement l\u00e0 pour cela. Pour apprendre \u00e0 poser son esprit, \u00e0 trouver ce calme \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de nous afin de mieux voir le monde. Pendant la m\u00e9ditation, on apprend \u00e0 ralentir le petit v\u00e9lo qui tourne dans la t\u00eate, le flux ininterrompu des pens\u00e9es pour amener notre esprit l\u00e0 o\u00f9 on le souhaite. Ainsi, on calme l&rsquo;esprit bien s\u00fbr mais on devient aussi plus vivant, plus conscient du monde qui nous entoure. On apprend \u00e0 relativiser, \u00e0 se concentrer sur ce qui est v\u00e9ritablement important.<\/p>\n<p>En somme, la m\u00e9ditation apprend \u00e0 changer de regard sur les choses, \u00e0 \u00eatre plus pr\u00e9sent dans l&rsquo;instant et \u00e0 ne plus se laisser submerger. On en ressent souvent un effet tranquillisant, une baisse du stress car on reprend le dessus sur ses pens\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00ab\u00a0M\u00e9diter c&rsquo;est ne penser \u00e0 rien\u00a0\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p><strong>FAUX<\/strong>. On pense souvent que pour m\u00e9diter il faut arriver \u00e0 vider l&rsquo;esprit de toutes ses pens\u00e9es. Mais il est impossible d&rsquo;arr\u00eater compl\u00e8tement le flux des pens\u00e9es. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e est d&rsquo;y ramener de la conscience. De ramener de la conscience dans notre corps, de ramener l&rsquo;attention sur notre respiration et d&rsquo;observer les pens\u00e9es qui viennent \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit. Au lieu de laisser l&rsquo;esprit divaguer, on apprend \u00e0 devenir observateur des sensations du corps et des tumultes de l&rsquo;esprit.<\/p>\n<p>Quand l&rsquo;esprit s&rsquo;\u00e9chappe et que vous pensez \u00e0 la liste des courses, au repas du soir, \u00e0 ce que vous devez faire encore en rentrant chez vous, l&rsquo;id\u00e9e est d&rsquo;essayer de se recentrer, de concentrer son esprit quelque part, que ce soit sur les sensations du corps ou sur une image, une repr\u00e9sentation mentale pour prendre pleinement possession de son corps et de son esprit. Pour voir plus clair dans nos \u00e9motions et prendre du recul.<\/p>\n<p>On cherche \u00e0 int\u00e9grer pleinement son corps en posant son esprit. Tout ne se passe pas dans la t\u00eate bien au contraire. La m\u00e9ditation permet aussi de prendre conscience de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 de notre corps, de prendre conscience que ce qui nous anime, notre \u00e9nergie vitale, notre source de vie est \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. Vous pourrez avoir l&rsquo;impression que votre coeur bat plus fort, que votre ou\u00efe est plus d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e car vous int\u00e9grez pleinement votre corps.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est comme de la relaxation ou de la sophrologie\u00a0\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p><strong>VRAI ET FAUX<\/strong>. Le but de la m\u00e9ditation n&rsquo;est pas de se d\u00e9tendre ou de se calmer. Certaines s\u00e9ances peuvent parfois \u00eatre difficiles ou inconfortables. Rester assis dans la m\u00eame position sans bouger peut parfois \u00eatre tr\u00e8s inconfortable. On cherche \u00e0 intensifier sa conscience, \u00e0 prendre du recul, \u00e0 devenir observateur de ses \u00e9motions, de ses pens\u00e9es, de leurs impacts sur le corps et les comportements qu&rsquo;ils d\u00e9clenchent.<\/p>\n<p>Et c&rsquo;est aussi l\u00e0 le but de la m\u00e9ditation. Apprendre \u00e0 aller outre l&rsquo;inconfort, la douleur pour que la prochaine fois l&rsquo;esprit ne s&rsquo;y arr\u00eate plus et que l&rsquo;on arrive doucement \u00e0 s&rsquo;en d\u00e9tacher tout comme des \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives dont nous n&rsquo;avons pas besoin<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9ditation aide \u00e0 reprendre le contr\u00f4le de nos \u00e9motions et \u00e0 les mettre en perspective. Il existe cependant de nombreuses formes de m\u00e9ditation et certaines se rapprochent tr\u00e8s fortement de la sophrologie ou de la relaxation. Mais le but premier est bien dans la pleine conscience.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00ab\u00a0La m\u00e9ditation est une pratique compliqu\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p><strong>VRAI ET FAUX<\/strong>. La m\u00e9ditation ne demande pas grand chose. Elle peut se pratiquer \u00e0 m\u00eame le sol, sur une chaise, sur un coussin et dans un endroit calme. Il suffit de rester assis sans bouger et de se concentrer. Mais c&rsquo;est bien souvent l\u00e0 la plus grande difficult\u00e9: rester assis pendant de longues minutes peut vite \u00eatre tr\u00e8s inconfortable. Ne pas se laisser d\u00e9ranger par le monde ext\u00e9rieur et d\u00e9connecter aussi.<\/p>\n<p>En cela, la pratique est exigeante et peut para\u00eetre ennuyante au d\u00e9but.
