Mais qu&rsquo;est ce qui le diff\u00e9rencie des autres types de Yoga?<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"tab-con-3\" class=\"\">En pratique, qu&rsquo;est ce que le yoga vinyasa?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"tvealignjustify\">Le terme <strong>Vinyasa\u00a0<\/strong>signifie litt\u00e9ralement synchronisation du mouvement avec la respiration.\u00a0\u200bLe <strong>yoga Vinyasa<\/strong> est donc une pratique fluide d&rsquo;encha\u00eenements d&rsquo;asanas (= postures de yoga) reli\u00e9s entre eux par la respiration et l&rsquo;intention.<\/p>\n<p class=\"tvealignjustify\">Le Vinyasa est une pratique dynamique, d\u00e9riv\u00e9e du Yoga Ashtanga. A la diff\u00e9rence de ce dernier, <strong>il n&rsquo;existe pas de s\u00e9rie pr\u00e9cise<\/strong> ce qui signifie que l&rsquo;encha\u00eenement des postures change \u00e0 chaque fois. <strong>Cette libert\u00e9 et cette cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 dans les s\u00e9quences le rendent \u00e0 la fois<\/strong> <strong>plus accessibles et permettent \u00e9galement de ne jamais rester sur ses acquis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;encha\u00eenement des postures est fluide, intuitif et permet de r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer les \u00e9nergies tout en calmant le mental.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment se passe un cours?<\/h3>\n<p>Chaque cours sera diff\u00e9rent car il n&rsquo;y a pas de trame ou de r\u00e8gles \u00e0 respecter.<\/p>\n<p>Le cours sera donc <strong>cr\u00e9\u00e9 par le professeur en fonction de sa personnalit\u00e9, de sa pratique du moment, de son \u00e9nergie ainsi que par son observation des \u00e9l\u00e8ves pr\u00e9sents, de leurs \u00e9nergies, niveau de pratique et besoin<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est un v\u00e9ritable \u00e9change. Le professeur \u00e9coute les envies, les besoins et s&rsquo;inspire de l&rsquo;environnement et de sa pratique personnelle pour adapter au mieux son cours.<\/p>\n<p>Le cours s&rsquo;articule souvent autour d&rsquo;un th\u00e8me, qu&rsquo;il soit physique (ouverture des hanches, ouverture du coeur, digestion&#8230;) ou plus spirituel (influence de la lune, des saisons&#8230;). Il peut \u00e9galement s&rsquo;articuler autour d&rsquo;une posture avanc\u00e9e, que l&rsquo;on appelle \u00ab\u00a0peak pose\u00a0\u00bb. L&rsquo;objectif est d&rsquo;obtenir une respiration fluide (sans pause entre l&rsquo;inspiration et l&rsquo;expiration) et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re (les inspirations et expirations sont de longueur \u00e9gale). Elle permet aussi de filtrer notre air. Cette respiration \u00e9met un <strong>l\u00e9ger bourdonnement<\/strong>, comme le son des vagues, qui permet de rester connect\u00e9 \u00e0 sa respiration et \u00e0 sa pratique en permanence. Enfin, elle contribue aussi \u00e0 <strong>\u00e9lever la chaleur et \u00e0 faire circuler l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie vitale en soi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Les bienfaits du Yoga Vinyasa<\/h3>\n<p>Cette pratique compl\u00e8te sollicite tous les muscles du corps et les articulations. Un bon moyen de <strong>se d\u00e9penser, de travailler les muscles profonds de la posture, de renforcer ses articulations<\/strong> et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer ainsi l&rsquo;alignement de son corps.
