{"id":3438,"date":"2019-02-05T20:02:58","date_gmt":"2019-02-05T19:02:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/?p=3438"},"modified":"2019-02-05T20:02:58","modified_gmt":"2019-02-05T19:02:58","slug":"torsions-yoga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/index.php\/2019\/02\/05\/torsions-yoga\/","title":{"rendered":"Les bienfaits des torsions en Yoga"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les <strong>torsions<\/strong> font partie de mes postures chouchou pour leurs nombreux bienfaits: elles aident \u00e0 <strong>rel\u00e2cher les tensions dans le dos,<\/strong> ram\u00e8nent de la <strong>flexibilit\u00e9 dans la colonne vert\u00e9brale,<\/strong> stimulent le <strong>syst\u00e8me digestif et les organes<\/strong> et permettent de <strong>lib\u00e9rer ce dont nous n&rsquo;avons plus besoin<\/strong>. Des plus simples ou plus complexes, elles sont accessibles \u00e0 tous et viennent s&rsquo;ins\u00e9rer dans toutes les pratiques facilement.<\/p>\n<h3>Une torsion c&rsquo;est quoi?<\/h3>\n<p>Une torsion est une posture dans laquelle on fait tourner la colonne vert\u00e9brale autour de son axe, comme une vis que l&rsquo;on viendrait rentrer dans son \u00e9crou. Il y a des <strong>torsions dans tous les groupes de postures de yoga<\/strong>: torsions assises, debout, en \u00e9quilibre sur les pieds, en \u00e9quilibre sur les mains, allong\u00e9 sur le dos ou m\u00eame en guerrier. On peut m\u00eame venir en torsion dans la posture sur la t\u00eate.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9tendre son dos<\/h3>\n<p>Les torsions permettent de <strong>ramener de la mobilit\u00e9 dans la colonne<\/strong>. Elles aident \u00e0 rel\u00e2cher les muscles du dos ainsi que les abdominaux (notamment les obliques). Les muscles du dos ont en effet besoin de s&rsquo;allonger pour permettre \u00e0 la colonne de tourner autour de son axe. On travaille donc \u00e0 la fois <strong>la mobilit\u00e9, la souplesse et l&rsquo;allongement de la colonne vert\u00e9brale<\/strong>. Bien travaill\u00e9es, les torsions permettent en effet de cr\u00e9er de l&rsquo;espace entre chacun de vos vert\u00e8bres, elles \u00e9tirent la colonne du bassin jusqu&rsquo;au sommet du cr\u00e2ne.<\/p>\n<p>Autant dire que ces postures sont particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressantes \u00e0 travailler pour tous, car nous le savons, le mal de dos est le mal du si\u00e8cle.<\/p>\n<h3>Les torsions pour stimuler le syst\u00e8me digestif?<\/h3>\n<p>Elles ont souvent bonnes r\u00e9putation et sont souvent recommand\u00e9s pour leur effet \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9tox\u00a0\u00bb sur le corps. Mais qu&rsquo;en est-il vraiment?<\/p>\n<p>Le yoga en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, et les torsions en particulier, permettent <strong>au syst\u00e8me digestif de fonctionner de mani\u00e8re optimale<\/strong>. Le travail effectu\u00e9 sur la respiration et la relaxation procur\u00e9e par la pratique du yoga permettent de d\u00e9tendre le syst\u00e8me digestif. Or, on le sait, il est tr\u00e8s difficile de bien dig\u00e9rer quand on se sent stress\u00e9 ou crisp\u00e9. La relaxation procur\u00e9e par le yoga permet en effet l&rsquo;activation du syst\u00e8me nerveux parasympathique. Celui-ci est\u00a0<em>trophotrope<\/em>\u00a0: son activation facilite la digestion en augmentant les se\u0301cre\u0301tions digestives et en acce\u0301le\u0301rant le transit.<\/p>\n<p>Avec une action combin\u00e9e entre la compression des organes digestifs et l&rsquo;expiration, les torsions <strong>augmentent l&rsquo;afflux sanguin vers l&rsquo;intestin gr\u00eale et le colon<\/strong>, ce qui a pour cons\u00e9quence de stimuler les contractions intestinales et de favoriser la progression des selles dans le colon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On commence par le c\u00f4t\u00e9 droit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour bien stimuler notre syst\u00e8me digestif, il est important de toujours commencer par le c\u00f4t\u00e9 droit du ventre pour agir d&rsquo;abord sur le colon ascendant, le foie et le rein droit puis dans un deuxi\u00e8me temps sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 gauche avec le colon descendant, la rate, le pancr\u00e9as et le rein gauche.<\/p>\n<h3>Au del\u00e0 du corps, l&rsquo;effet sur le mental<\/h3>\n<p>Bien qu&rsquo;accessible \u00e0 tous, les torsions peuvent parfois sembler difficiles. La cage thoracique est comprim\u00e9e, on peut avoir l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;avoir du mal \u00e0 respirer, ce qui nous force \u00e0 \u00eatre d&rsquo;autant plus conscient, pr\u00e9sent et pr\u00e9cis dans notre pratique. Les torsions requi\u00e8rent une <strong>grande concentration et une pr\u00e9cision dans leur pratique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De part leur effet de compression, <strong>il n&rsquo;y a plus vraiment de place pour ce qui n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong>. On vide ce dont on a plus besoin. Ce qui ne nous sert plus. On part de la base de la colonne, on tourne celle ci vers l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur comme si on essuyait une serviette mouill\u00e9e et on se grandit vers le ciel tout en respirant le plus profond\u00e9ment possible.<\/p>\n<p>Trouver du confort dans les postures en torsion procure une grande lib\u00e9ration. Au niveau physique mais aussi et surtout au niveau mental.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Inspirez, grandissez votre dos, expirez tournez votre colonne et laisser s&rsquo;\u00e9chapper tout ce qui ne vous sert plus.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Quand les pratiquer?<\/h3>\n<p>Certains les pratiques pour leur effet d\u00e9tox \u00e0 certaines p\u00e9riodes de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e (changement de saison, f\u00eates, nouvelle lune&#8230;). J&rsquo;aime personnellement les utiliser <strong>tout au long de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e et \u00e0 chacune de mes pratiques<\/strong>. J&rsquo;en pars\u00e8me presque toutes mes s\u00e9ances que ce soit dans ma pratique personnelle comme dans mes cours. Il existe tellement d&rsquo;options et tellement de postures dans lesquelles il est possible d&rsquo;effectuer une torsion qu&rsquo;elles peuvent s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 chacun et \u00e0 tout niveau de pratique.<\/p>\n<p>Je finis toujours mes s\u00e9ances par une derni\u00e8re torsion allong\u00e9e avant de venir en <a href=\"http:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/index.php\/fr\/2017\/03\/29\/shavasana\/\">Shavasana<\/a>. Cela permet d&rsquo;\u00e9tirer une derni\u00e8re fois le dos, de rel\u00e2cher les derni\u00e8res tensions qui pourraient subsister et de me pr\u00e9parer ainsi au mieux \u00e0 la relaxation.<\/p>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;y a pas de r\u00e9elle <strong>contre indications<\/strong> \u00e0 la pratique de torsions mais plut\u00f4t des cas dans lesquels il est conseill\u00e9 de demander l&rsquo;avis de son m\u00e9decin (hernies ou autre probl\u00e8me de dos important), et de pratiquer avec un professeur de Yoga exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 qui pourra vous conseiller et vous ajuster en fonction de votre pathologie (probl\u00e8me digestifs important, grossesse, p\u00e9riode post natal).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les torsions font partie de mes postures chouchou pour leurs nombreux bienfaits: elles aident \u00e0 rel\u00e2cher les tensions dans le dos, ram\u00e8nent de la flexibilit\u00e9 dans la colonne vert\u00e9brale, stimulent le syst\u00e8me digestif et les organes et permettent de lib\u00e9rer ce dont nous n&rsquo;avons plus besoin.
