A toutes les \u00e9chographies, il \u00e9tait assis en tailleur, tel un petit bouddha, probablement impr\u00e9gn\u00e9 par l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience Yoga que sa maman lui a fait vivre tout au long de ses neuf mois. Le Yoga m&rsquo;a accompagn\u00e9e pas \u00e0 pas \u00e0 travers le plus grand chamboulement physique et \u00e9motionnel de ma vie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Yoga pr\u00e9natal, c&rsquo;est quoi? Pour qui?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est un type de Yoga sp\u00e9cialement imagin\u00e9 pour la femme enceinte et pour accompagner son \u00e9panouissement tout au long des neuf mois de grossesse, accessible \u00e0 tous, que tu aies d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait du Yoga ou pas. D&rsquo;ailleurs beaucoup de femmes d\u00e9couvrent la pratique au moment de leur grossesse se voyant interdire nombre de sports consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme trop physiques ou violents.<\/p>\n<p>Attendre un enfant est un moment incroyablement pr\u00e9cieux. Tu es seule \u00e0 ressentir tous les changements qui se produisent \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de toi et d\u00e8s les premiers instants un lien unique se cr\u00e9e d\u00e9j\u00e0 avec ton enfant. Chaque mois et chaque trimestre am\u00e8ne son lot de changements, ses petits bobos aussi. Le Yoga est l\u00e0 pour aider la femme enceinte \u00e0 trouver un nouvel \u00e9quilibre et \u00e0 accueillir la vie qui se d\u00e9veloppe en elle.<\/p>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 physique, le Yoga pr\u00e9natal reste une pratique physique et sportive qui va mettre l&rsquo;accent sur la protection de ton p\u00e9rin\u00e9e, le renforcement de tes muscles profonds, de ton dos et le soulagement de toutes les douleurs li\u00e9es \u00e0 la grossesse. Parce que oui, disons le franchement, il y a des moments vraiment difficiles o\u00f9 les naus\u00e9es, les remont\u00e9es acides, le mal de dos ou la sciatique te feront redescendre de ton petit nuage.\u00a0Des poses simples associ\u00e9es \u00e0 des exercices de respiration te permettront d&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de l&rsquo;espace, \u00e0 allonger ton dos, \u00e0 adopter une posture protectrice, \u00e0 conserver un centre solide et \u00e0 soulager les maux de la grossesse.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le plan psychique, la grossesse est un grand chamboulement qui am\u00e8ne son lot de questions, de peurs et d&rsquo;\u00e9motions en tout genre. Je suis si souvent pass\u00e9e du rire aux larmes, de l&rsquo;euphorie \u00e0 la crise de panique. Le Yoga et la m\u00e9ditation apprennent \u00e0 se recentrer sur l&rsquo;essentiel, \u00e0 prendre de la distance et \u00e0 voir ce qui est vraiment important. Tout est d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de toi: la force et l&rsquo;amour dont tu as besoin. Tu es d\u00e9j\u00e0 une maman.<\/p>\n<p>Se recentrer sur l&rsquo;essentiel et l&rsquo;essentiel c&rsquo;est ce lien magique qui se cr\u00e9\u00e9e avec b\u00e9b\u00e9. En un instant, je n&rsquo;\u00e9tais plus seule et le Yoga m&rsquo;a accompagn\u00e9e dans cette magnifique d\u00e9couverte. Le Yoga apprend \u00e0 se connecter \u00e0 soi, \u00e0 ses sensations. Parce que le corps saura toujours exprimer ce dont il a besoin. Il suffit d&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9couter. A \u00e9couter les petites bulles de savon qui explosent dans ton ventre, les sensations de ton enfant qui vient se lover contre tes mains chaudes ou se blottir contre ton coeur.<\/p>\n<p>Apprendre \u00e0 se faire confiance. Apprendre \u00e0 s&rsquo;\u00e9couter. Apprendre \u00e0 prendre soin de soi. Voil\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;est le Yoga &#8211; pr\u00e9natal car tu en as besoin maintenant plus que jamais.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quoi \u00e9viter?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour toutes les informations d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sur les poses \u00e0 faire \/ et celles contre indiqu\u00e9es, vas faire un tour sur <a href=\"http:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/index.php\/fr\/2018\/02\/21\/yoga-premiertrimestre-grossesse-blog-nice\/\">cet article<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Si tu pratiques d\u00e9j\u00e0 le Yoga avant de tomber enceinte, tu pourras tr\u00e8s probablement continuer ta pratique librement pendant les premiers mois, avec quelques adaptations en fonction de tes ressentis et des changements de ton corps. Puis petit \u00e0 petit au cours du deuxi\u00e8me trimestre, le corps s&rsquo;arrondit rendant certaines poses difficiles ou inconfortables. Tout se fait tr\u00e8s naturellement. Pour ma part, j&rsquo;ai tr\u00e8s vite trouv\u00e9 les flexions dorsales tr\u00e8s inconfortables mais j&rsquo;adorais les torsions alors que j&rsquo;ai entendues beaucoup d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ves me dire le contraire.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant mes deux premiers trimestres de grossesse, j&rsquo;ai continu\u00e9 une pratique de Yoga intense de type Ashtanga et Vinyasa puis je me suis doucement tourn\u00e9e vers des Yogas plus lents de type Hatha, yin et le Yoga pr\u00e9natal. Je n&rsquo;avais plus envie des m\u00eames choses.<\/p>\n<p>Si tu n&rsquo;as jamais pratiqu\u00e9 le Yoga avant, bienvenue! Je te conseille de joindre un cours de Yoga pr\u00e9natal &#8211; priv\u00e9 ou collectif. Rien n&rsquo;interdit de commencer d\u00e8s le premier trimestre si les d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments de la grossesse ne sont pas trop importants pour toi. Je ne pourrais que trop te conseiller de rechercher un professeur form\u00e9 \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par le Dr Bernadette de Gasquet (qui a son institut \u00e0 Paris). Son approche posturo respiratoire est unique. Elle a tellement r\u00e9sonn\u00e9 en moi que je suis all\u00e9e me former \u00e0 Paris pendant ma grossesse et que j&rsquo;applique maintenant ses principes dans tous mes cours de Yoga.<\/p>\n<p>Car ici on parle Yoga mais on pense avant tout \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger le corps de la femme. On apprend \u00e0 respirer correctement, \u00e0 comprendre son corps, \u00e0 construire un maintien solide pour \u00e9viter les maux amen\u00e9s par le temps et nos habitudes de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 moderne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quand pratiquer?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s demain, que tu sois enceinte ou pas! Car tu l&rsquo;as surement compris, le Yoga est une philosophie de vie. Il permet d&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 se recentrer sur l&rsquo;essentiel, \u00e0 retrouver confiance et \u00e0 se d\u00e9barrasser du stress qui nous pourrit parfois la vie. Je n&rsquo;ai jamais pris de meilleure d\u00e9cision que le jour o\u00f9 j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de pousser la porte d&rsquo;un studio de Yoga.<\/p>\n<p>Car ce jour l\u00e0, j&rsquo;avais
