Vous pouvez pratiquer n&rsquo;importe o\u00f9, \u00e0 m\u00eame le sol, dans la nature, dans vos v\u00eatements. Sans artifice. Mais il est vrai qu&rsquo;avec le d\u00e9veloppement du Yoga et la place que la pratique prend dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 actuelle, certains accessoires existent aujourd&rsquo;hui pour vous accompagner dans votre pratique. Aucun n&rsquo;est indispensable ou obligatoire, mais certains vous aideront \u00e0 aller plus loin, \u00e0 avoir un meilleur alignement, alors que d&rsquo;autres vous permettront de vous amuser ou d&rsquo;essayer des choses diff\u00e9rentes. Voici 5 accessoires pour changer sa pratique de Yoga.<\/p>\n<p>Certains <a href=\"http:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/index.php\/fr\/2016\/09\/22\/styles-de-yoga\/\">types de Yoga<\/a>\u00a0comme l&rsquo;Iyengar se pratiquent syst\u00e9matiquement avec des sangles. D&rsquo;autres, au contraire, comme l&rsquo;ashtanga, ont une approche plus puriste et souhaitent que le corps s&rsquo;ouvre seul, sans aide ext\u00e9rieure si ce n&rsquo;est les ajustements de son \u00ab\u00a0ma\u00eetre\u00a0\u00bb. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;accessoire incontournable \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt car, bien souvent, notre corps n&rsquo;est pas encore pr\u00eat \u00e0 faire les versions les plus avanc\u00e9es des postures. Les briques de Yoga permettent donc de nous ajuster et de nous aider \u00e0 garder un bel alignement en attendant que notre corps se d\u00e9lie au fur et \u00e0 mesure de la pratique. Elles permettent d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der plus facilement \u00e0 certaines postures. Le bolster peut facilement \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par un ou plusieurs gros coussins \/ traversins. Il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement constitu\u00e9 de micro billes et est tr\u00e8s dense pour assurer un bon maintien. Il permet de supporter le corps dans certains \u00e9tirements profonds afin que celui-ci puisse s&rsquo;ouvrir en douceur.<\/p>\n<p>Il peut avoir plusieurs formes, soit arrondi, soit rectangulaire.<\/p>\n<p>Quand le corps est suspendu dans le vide, des tensions s&rsquo;installent alors que quand il repose sur le sol, un coussin, des couvertures, les muscles vont se rel\u00e2cher au fil des minutes sous la force de la gravit\u00e9. C&rsquo;est honn\u00eatement un super outil pour appr\u00e9hender cette posture complexe et renforcer sa sangle abdominale en profondeur. Elle permet de comprendre quels sont les \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s de la posture, avant de la pratiquer \u00e9ventuellement \u00e0 m\u00eame le sol.<\/p>\n<p>Assez facile d&rsquo;utilisation, vous le comprendrez, son int\u00e9r\u00eat principal est la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;inversions, m\u00eame si elle peut \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 une pratique enti\u00e8re de Yoga avec un peu d&rsquo;imagination. La marque Yoga Feet Up m&rsquo;a gentiment envoy\u00e9 un de leurs mod\u00e8les et j&rsquo;adore le faire essayer \u00e0 mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui d\u00e9butent leur pratique d&rsquo;inversion ou cherchent \u00e0 aller plus loin dans la compr\u00e9hension de la pose. Je dois dire que la qualit\u00e9 de leur produit est vraiment impressionnante. Elle permet de soutenir le corps dans certaines postures et ainsi d&rsquo;aller vers des versions plus avanc\u00e9es. Elle est tout particuli\u00e8rement utilis\u00e9e dans les poses d&rsquo;ouverture du coeur et c&rsquo;est son grand int\u00e9r\u00eat.<\/p>\n<p>Son co\u00fbt est assez \u00e9lev\u00e9 mais il est vrai que cet accessoire permet \u00e0 la fois d&rsquo;approfondir sa pratique en acc\u00e9dant \u00e0 des \u00e9tirements plus profond, de d\u00e9velopper sa souplesse au niveau du dos, de soulager les tensions dans les \u00e9paules et d&rsquo;amener une touche diff\u00e9rente et plus ludique \u00e0 la pratique. Pour les yogis avanc\u00e9s, la roue de Yoga permet d&rsquo;aller vraiment plus loin dans la pratique des flexions dorsales et des inversions.<\/p>\n<p>Personnellement, n&rsquo;\u00e9tant pas une grande adepte des flexions dorsales, je n&rsquo;utilise pas cet accessoire tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quemment,\u00a0 <em>mais\u00a0tr\u00e8s probablement \u00e0 tort<\/em>.
