Utilis\u00e9s pour renforcer le travail des abdominaux, ces gros ballons peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s autrement pour am\u00e9liorer votre confort au quotidien! Je vous confie comment je l&rsquo;utilise personnellement au quotidien pour \u00eatre mieux assise et soulager mes tensions au dos et au bassin apr\u00e8s mes journ\u00e9es de travail. Voici 3 mani\u00e8res simples de d\u00e9tourner l&rsquo;utilisation originelle du ballon de pilates pour apprendre \u00e0 mieux vivre!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>S&rsquo;asseoir sur un ballon au bureau<\/h3>\n<p>Assis sur une chaise de bureau, on passe souvent la journ\u00e9e le dos arrondi et courb\u00e9 ce qui provoque des tensions, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement principalement dans les lombaires et les \u00e9paules. S&rsquo;assoir sur un gym ball (ou ballon de pilates) permet d&rsquo;avoir un alignement id\u00e9al de la colonne, bien droite.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe plusieurs tailles de ballons (55, 65 et 75 cm), choisissez l\u00e0 en fonction de la hauteur de votre bureau. Quand vous \u00eates assis sur le ballon, vous devez pouvoir mettre les pieds \u00e0 plat sur le sol et poser les coudes sur le bureau.\u00a0Les jambes sont \u00e0 90 degr\u00e9s ou moins avec le torse ce qui permet \u00e0 votre dos d&rsquo;adopter sa cambrure naturelle.<\/p>\n<p>Pour garder l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre, vous verrez vite qu&rsquo;il est impossible de se tenir autrement que bien droit. Impossible de se reposer sur le mur derri\u00e8re vous ou de vous pencher en avant sous peine de perte d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre!<\/p>\n<p>Un outil g\u00e9nial \u00e0 avoir \u00e0 son bureau, que vous travailliez \u00e0 la maison ou en entreprise. Et parce que ce n&rsquo;est pas toujours \u00e9vident de rester sur le ballon pendant toute une journ\u00e9e (et oui! cela peut \u00eatre un peu sportif de rester bien assis comme cela pendant des heures enti\u00e8res), je vous conseille d&rsquo;alterner avec une chaise. J&rsquo;adore prendre un moment pour m&rsquo;asseoir sur le ballon et faire des petits cercles dans un sens puis dans l&rsquo;autre. Cela permet de masser mon bassin et de rel\u00e2cher les tensions dans les zones douloureuses. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, je profite d&rsquo;un moment o\u00f9 j&rsquo;ai envie de regarder la t\u00e9l\u00e9 pour le faire. Plut\u00f4t que d&rsquo;\u00eatre avachie dans le canap\u00e9, j&rsquo;en profite pour me faire du bien. Quelques minutes suffisent pour changer compl\u00e8tement mes sensations.<\/p>\n<p>Pour aller dans la posture, asseyez vous sur le ballon, les pieds en contact avec le sol puis faites des petits mouvements concentriques dans un sens, puis dans l&rsquo;autre. Vous pouvez rester un peu plus vers l&rsquo;avant ou vers l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re si vous sentez que cela vous fait du bien :)! Non seulement elle permet de soulager toutes les tensions dans le dos mais elle a un grand effet apaisant. Une vraie posture anti-stress pour se recentrer quand la vie va trop vite, quand les \u00e9motions sont trop fortes ou que l&rsquo;on se sent d\u00e9pass\u00e9. Je devrais l&rsquo;appeler le repos du super h\u00e9ros \ud83d\ude42 On veut tous toujours tout faire, tout r\u00e9ussir mais parfois on a aussi le droit d&rsquo;avoir besoin d&rsquo;un instant juste pour soi.<\/p>\n<p>Le ballon permet un rel\u00e2chement total dans la posture. Le bercement du ballon aide au rel\u00e2chement total du corps et de l&rsquo;esprit.<\/p>\n<p>Pour aller dans la posture venez en appui sur vos genoux, posez vos bras crois\u00e9s sur le ballon, votre poitrine repos\u00e9e sur le ballon. Tournez la t\u00eate \u00e0 droite ou \u00e0 gauche pour avoir une joue en contact avec le ballon. Reculez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement vos fesses pour qu&rsquo;elles soient un peu plus loin que vos genoux, permettant ainsi d&rsquo;\u00e9tirer au maximum votre colonne. Fermez les yeux et restez ainsi autant de temps que vous en avez besoin.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous sentez le travail de vos cuisses dans la pose, rien ne vous emp\u00eache de positionner plusieurs coussins sous vos fesses.
