Alors voici quelques astuces toutes simples pour se sentir mieux.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Sortez au grand air<\/h3>\n<p>Rien de mieux que de s&rsquo;a\u00e9rer pour se sentir bien. Forcez vous \u00e0 aller faire des marches, des balades en for\u00eat, \u00e0 la neige pour vous a\u00e9rer l&rsquo;esprit et respirer. L&rsquo;air frais de l&rsquo;hiver ravira vos poumons et vous revigorera. Et si vous avez la chance de pouvoir capter les rayons du soleil, profitez en pour recharger les batteries en vitamine D. Elle vous apportera un joli teint ros\u00e9 et boostera votre moral. Planifiez un petit week end au vert, au ski ou au bord de la mer. Partez au soleil quelques jours. Changez vous les id\u00e9es. Et si vous ne pouvez pas, pourquoi ne pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 penser \u00e0 votre prochaine vacances de cet \u00e9t\u00e9? Rien ne vous emp\u00eache de commencer \u00e0 les organiser et de r\u00eaver un peu! Effet positif sur le moral garanti!<\/p>\n<h3>Ralentissez le rythme<\/h3>\n<p>En hiver, on a besoin de prendre soin de soi. Les d\u00e9fenses immunitaires sont mises \u00e0 mal avec les microbes et le froid. Alors on se couche plus t\u00f4t, on fait la sieste, un marathon Netflix le week-end et on s&rsquo;organise des moments coocooning pour prendre soin de soi: bain, manucure, coiffeur, chocolat chaud Marshmallow&#8230;\u00a0 Mon truc \u00e0 moi c&rsquo;est de prendre un bain chaud avec de la musique apaisante et des bougies. J&rsquo;adore!<\/p>\n<h3>Amenez de la gait\u00e9 dans votre assiette<\/h3>\n<p>On ne le dira jamais assez, les fruits et l\u00e9gumes c&rsquo;est la vie. Je sais que l&rsquo;hiver donne souvent plut\u00f4t envie de raclettes et de fondue savoyarde!
