Voici donc 4 huiles essentielles sp\u00e9ciales hiver pour vous aider \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir et gu\u00e9rir les nez bouch\u00e9s, rhumes, toux, grippes et autres infections particuli\u00e8rement pr\u00e9sentes en ce changement de saison.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Le mythe du froid<\/h3>\n<p>Vous avez probablement entendu votre m\u00e8re ou grand m\u00e8re vous r\u00e9p\u00e9ter de vous couvrir \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e des baisses de temp\u00e9rature pour ne pas attraper froid. A r\u00e9p\u00e9ter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 3 fois par jour et particuli\u00e8rement avant de vous coucher pour arriver \u00e0 dormir plus facilement. Une super astuce qui ne colle pas, ne salit pas vos v\u00eatements et dont l&rsquo;odeur reste l\u00e9g\u00e8re compar\u00e9 aux autres produits que vous pourrez trouver en pharmacie et parapharmacie.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement faire une inhalation pendant 5 \u00e0 10 minutes en versant quelques gouttes dans de l&rsquo;eau fr\u00e9missante.
