Vous ne savez pas par o\u00f9 commencer, o\u00f9 pratiquer, si vous serez \u00e0 la hauteur, si le Yoga est fait pour vous, si vous allez aimer, ce dont vous avez besoin pour bien commencer&#8230; Pas de panique, voici 5 conseils pour d\u00e9buter le Yoga en toute s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>La magie d&rsquo;internet<\/h3>\n<p>A l&rsquo;heure o\u00f9 le Yoga est en train de revenir un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de soci\u00e9t\u00e9, vous trouverez \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de conseils et de contenu sur internet. Utilisez-le pour d\u00e9marrer en douceur dans le confort de votre chez vous.<\/p>\n<p>Allez sur Youtube, regardez les cha\u00eenes de Yoga \u00e0 votre disposition, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UC14d6dzG1eiQ7DiQNKCaeMA\">la mienne<\/a> et les dizaines d&rsquo;autres cha\u00eenes fran\u00e7aises ou \u00e9trang\u00e8res. Vous trouverez des r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 vos questions ainsi que des cours gratuits en ligne pour vous accompagner dans vos premiers pas.<\/p>\n<p>Cela vous permettra d&rsquo;avoir un premier contact plus facile avec la pratique.<\/p>\n<h3>Pas besoin de mat\u00e9riel<\/h3>\n<p>Je suis une grande fan d&rsquo;accessoires de Yoga: briques, sangles, bolster, roue de yoga&#8230; j&rsquo;en utilise beaucoup dans ma propre pratique et je pense qu&rsquo;ils aident \u00e0 aller plus loin dans sa pratique, \u00e0 chercher un meilleur alignement sans se blesser ou trop forcer. Cependant, pour vos premiers cours vous n&rsquo;avez nullement besoin d&rsquo;investir dans du mat\u00e9riel ou dans un tapis de hors de prix.<\/p>\n<p>Utilisez ce que vous avez \u00e0 disposition chez vous! Pratiquez \u00e0 m\u00eame le sol, sur le tapis de votre salon (s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas trop \u00e9pais) ou acheter un tapis bas de gamme tr\u00e8s peu cher. Pour les briques, utilisez des gros dictionnaires. Pour la sangle, une ceinture fait l&rsquo;affaire! Soyez cr\u00e9atif!<\/p>\n<p>Et si vous adh\u00e9rez \u00e0 la pratique et souhaiter continuer de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, ce que j&rsquo;esp\u00e8re du fond du coeur!, il sera temps d&rsquo;investir dans de vrais accessoires et un beau <a href=\"http:\/\/delphinemarieyoga.com\/index.php\/fr\/2017\/10\/04\/tapis-de-yoga\/\">tapis de Yoga<\/a>. Et d&rsquo;ici l\u00e0, vous saurez aussi ce qui vous conviendra dans votre pratique.<\/p>\n<h3>Essayez plusieurs styles de Yoga<\/h3>\n<p>Difficile de savoir du premier coup ce qui vous plaira et vous parlera vraiment. Il existe aujourd&rsquo;hui une multitude de styles de Yoga diff\u00e9rents. Pas \u00e9vident d&rsquo;ailleurs de vous y rep\u00e9rer. Alors commencez par essayer trois types de Yoga classique qui vous donneront d\u00e9j\u00e0 une bonne id\u00e9e du style qui vous convient: le Hatha Yoga (calme, postural), le Yoga Vinyasa (fluide, rapide) et le Yin Yoga (\u00e9tirements profonds, entr\u00e9e vers la m\u00e9ditation).<\/p>\n<p>Si vous souhaitez pousser votre d\u00e9couverte encore plus loin, vous pouvez \u00e9galement essayer un cours de Yoga restauratif (tr\u00e8s calme, proche de la relaxation et de la m\u00e9ditation) et un cours de Power Yoga (tr\u00e8s intense).<\/p>\n<p>Encore une fois utilisez Youtube pour tester. Essayez aussi des cours avec diff\u00e9rents professeurs. Le m\u00eame cours enseign\u00e9 par deux personnes diff\u00e9rentes vous provoquera un ressenti compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n<p>Trouvez ce qui r\u00e9sonne en vous, ce qui vous donne envie de revenir pratiquer.<\/p>\n<h3>Restez simple<\/h3>\n<p>Instagram et les r\u00e9seaux sociaux nous offrent un floril\u00e8ge de photos de yogis dans des postures plus incroyables les unes que les autres. Alors vous qui n&rsquo;arrivez peut \u00eatre pas \u00e0 toucher vos pieds&#8230; comment cette pratique pourrait \u00eatre pour vous?<\/p>\n<p>Quand j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 le Yoga, je n&rsquo;\u00e9tais vraiment pas souple et certains matins mon dos ne me permet pas de toucher le sol. Je ne ferais probablement jamais certaines poses mais l&rsquo;important n&rsquo;est pas l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;important, c&rsquo;est vous. Et comment vous vous sentez. L&rsquo;important c&rsquo;est de vous faire du bien. L&rsquo;important c&rsquo;est de recouvrir votre corps et d&rsquo;apaiser votre mental.<\/p>\n<p>Et pour \u00e7a, pas besoin d&rsquo;essayer des poses incroyablement compliqu\u00e9es, commencez pas le d\u00e9but et appr\u00e9ciez toutes les \u00e9tapes du processus. Il y a une certaine magie \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9butant. Tout est d\u00e9couverte. Tout est excitant. Savourez les sensations que votre corps va vous offrir. Savourez la d\u00e9couverte.<\/p>\n<h3>Allez faire un cours collectif<\/h3>\n<p>Vous avez maintenant trouv\u00e9 ce qui vous plait et commencez \u00e0 vous sentir un peu plus s\u00fbr de vous? Il est temps de sortir de chez vous et d&rsquo;aller prendre un cours collectif dans un studio de Yoga. Certains studios ont des offres d\u00e9couvertes (cours d&rsquo;essai moins cher ou semaine \/ mois d\u00e9couverte). Profitez en pour essayer plusieurs professeurs et classes diff\u00e9rentes si c&rsquo;est le cas.<\/p>\n<p>La coh\u00e9sion du groupe, l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie commune et la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;un professeur va compl\u00e8tement changer votre niveau de pratique. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 ce moment que tout commence.<\/p>\n<p>N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 aller parler au professeur, \u00e0 lui dire que vous \u00eates nouveau, que vous avez d\u00e9but\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment, et \u00e0 lui poser toutes les questions que vous pouvez avoir. Aucune question n&rsquo;est b\u00eate et un professeur sera toujours ravi de prendre le temps de vous \u00e9clairer s&rsquo;il le peu. Le professeur est l\u00e0 pour vous. Dites lui si vous d\u00e9sirez recevoir des ajustements physiques aussi.<\/p>\n<p>Je parle en mon nom mais je suis s\u00fbre que de nombreux professeurs se reconna\u00eetront quand je dis que je grandis aussi de ce que mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves m&rsquo;apportent jour apr\u00e8s jour. Le Yoga est un \u00e9change et je suis toujours une \u00e9l\u00e8ve avant tout.
