De nombreuses recherches scientifiques ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les personnes pratiquant la m\u00e9ditation sont plus heureuses.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9ditation active en effet plusieurs parties de notre cerveau dont le cortex pr\u00e9frontal gauche, responsable des \u00e9motions positives. Apr\u00e8s votre journ\u00e9e, prenez un moment pour faire le bilan et penser \u00e0 trois moments qui ont provoqu\u00e9 des sensations positives dans votre journ\u00e9e. Vous pouvez faire cet exercice mentalement ou les poser sur le papier. J&rsquo;adore tout particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9crire et j&rsquo;aime l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de pouvoir feuilleter mon \u00ab\u00a0cahier des bonheurs\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 n&rsquo;importe quel moment. Choisissez un joli cahier ou un agenda que vous aurez envie de remplir!<\/p>\n<p>Cela peut \u00eatre tout b\u00eate: une personne qui vous a souri dans la rue, un rayon de soleil pendant une journ\u00e9e pluvieuse, une musique qui vous a rappel\u00e9 un souvenir heureux, un plat que vous avez mang\u00e9&#8230; aucune r\u00e9ponse n&rsquo;est mauvaise ici et vos petits bonheurs n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e0 \u00eatre extraordinaires.<\/p>\n<p>Repensez \u00e0 ces trois bonheurs, listez les et d\u00e9taillez les: rem\u00e9morez vous les sensations, les \u00e9motions que vous avez \u00e9prouv\u00e9es, les sens qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 activ\u00e9es pendant ces moments. Pensez aux couleurs, aux d\u00e9tails insignifiants qui pourtant cr\u00e9ent toute la beaut\u00e9 et l&rsquo;importance de ces souvenirs.<\/p>\n<h3>Les bonheurs tous les jours<\/h3>\n<p>On a tous des jours sans, des jours o\u00f9 tout se passe de travers et vous me direz qu&rsquo;il peut \u00eatre compliqu\u00e9 d&rsquo;effectuer cet exercice dans ces moments. Et pourtant, l&rsquo;exercice en devient d&rsquo;autant plus int\u00e9ressant. Il entra\u00eene notre esprit \u00e0 se focaliser sur le positif de notre vie, car, oui!, il y en a toujours! Et petit \u00e0 petit, sans vraiment y faire attention, notre esprit aura tendance \u00e0 se focaliser de plus en plus sur le positif, cr\u00e9ant une sensation de mieux \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Il suffit de pas grand chose parfois pour changer son quotidien&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3>Les bienfaits<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9aliser que le bonheur est partout et que de petits riens peuvent nous rendre tr\u00e8s heureux!<\/li>\n<li>Se concentrer sur l&rsquo;instant pr\u00e9sent. Nous avons tous, moi la premi\u00e8re, tendance \u00e0 ressasser le pass\u00e9 ou vivre dans le futur. Cet exercice nous permet de savourer les moments que nous vivons.
