Si je m&rsquo;\u00e9coutais, je voudrais rester enferm\u00e9e, stopper toute communication avec le monde ext\u00e9rieur et me cocooner. Chaque fin de cycle, nous vivons la grande roue des \u00e9motions, notre corps se r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8re et quand on y pense, c&rsquo;est un v\u00e9ritable miracle de vie.<\/p>\n<p>Malheureusement, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ne le voit pas forc\u00e9ment comme \u00e7a et nous culpabilise. Dans une lutte \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 hommes \/ femmes et un monde r\u00e9gi par la productivit\u00e9, la plupart des femmes subissent leurs r\u00e8gles et voudraient en gommer les effets, les oublier.<\/p>\n<h3>Embrasser sa f\u00e9minit\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Pourtant, cette p\u00e9riode tr\u00e8s particuli\u00e8re est aussi notre sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9, notre force. Cette baisse d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie ressentie est l&rsquo;occasion de se poser. C&rsquo;est le moment de se tourner vers soi, de se concentrer sur l&rsquo;essentiel, de se reposer et de s&rsquo;occuper de soi. Car c&rsquo;est ce dont notre corps a besoin. Alors vous me direz que ce n&rsquo;est pas toujours \u00e9vident dans la vie moderne mais ne tient qu&rsquo;\u00e0 chacune d&rsquo;entre nous d&rsquo;adapter notre quotidien pendant ces p\u00e9riodes pour mieux les vivre et se respecter un peu plus.<\/p>\n<p>Peut \u00eatre que pendant vos prochaines r\u00e8gles, votre ch\u00e9ri pourra aller r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les enfants \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole, les amener au sport, s&rsquo;occuper des devoirs, peut \u00eatre que vous anticiperez en pr\u00e9parant les repas de la semaine en avance, peut \u00eatre que cela passera simplement par se consacrer 10 minutes pour prendre un bain, m\u00e9diter ou juste lire un livre en paix.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Et le Yoga dans tout \u00e7a?<\/h3>\n<p>Le Yoga aide \u00e0 harmoniser le syst\u00e8me hormonal et se sentir bien. Il permet aussi de soulager certaines des douleurs que vous pouvez ressentir.<\/p>\n<h3>Adapter sa pratique<\/h3>\n<p>Pendant cette p\u00e9riode, l&rsquo;attention est port\u00e9e sur le bas ventre et le bassin o\u00f9 se situent deux de nos chakras li\u00e9s \u00e0 notre \u00e9quilibre et notre sexualit\u00e9. La pratique est plus calme, plus restorative, plus centr\u00e9e sur soi.<\/p>\n<p>A l&rsquo;inverse, on \u00e9vitera les inversions (qui renverse l&rsquo;afflux sanguin) ainsi que les contractures abdominales et les torsions.<\/p>\n<p>Mais l\u00e0 encore, nous sommes toutes diff\u00e9rentes.
