Pendant que nous dormons, notre organisme r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8re les tissus de notre corps et de notre cerveau et \u00e0 assimiler tous les nutriments ing\u00e9r\u00e9s et les connaissances apprises au coeurs de la journ\u00e9e. Nous avons tous des besoins de sommeil diff\u00e9rents. Mais aujourd&rsquo;hui, avec les contraintes de nos vies, le stress, nous sommes trop nombreux \u00e0 dormir mal ou\/et trop peu. Pour bien r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer, le corps a besoin d&rsquo;environ 8 heures de sommeil. Voici 5 conseils pour\u00a0vous aider \u00e0 mieux vous endormir et am\u00e9liorer votre sommeil.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Eteignez les lumi\u00e8res et les \u00e9crans<\/h3>\n<p>T\u00e9l\u00e9vision, ordinateur, smartphone diffusent une lumi\u00e8re bleu tr\u00e8s proche de la lumi\u00e8re du jour, ce qui emp\u00eache notre cerveau de se mettre au repos et se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 dormir. Pour vous d\u00e9tendre, \u00e9vitez de rester coll\u00e9s \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9, \u00e9teignez vos appareils une heure avant le coucher, mettez votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone dans une autre pi\u00e8ce ou \u00e9teignez le.<\/p>\n<p>Eteignez les lumi\u00e8res ou tamisez l&rsquo;ambiance de votre appartement ou maison deux heures avant d&rsquo;aller vous coucher. Appr\u00e9ciez la p\u00e9nombre de votre cocon, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez la lumi\u00e8re des bougies, la lumi\u00e8re douce de lampes aux plafonniers et allog\u00e8nes. Et profitez-en pour red\u00e9couvrir le plaisir de lire un bon livre avant de s&rsquo;endormir!<\/p>\n<h3>R\u00e9gulez la temp\u00e9rature<\/h3>\n<p>Dans votre chambre, essayez de conserver une temp\u00e9rature d&rsquo;environ 20\u00b0 \u00e9t\u00e9 comme hiver. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 a\u00e9rer si vous avez besoin, ou \u00e0 rajouter une couverture si vous avez froid. Certains profils (comme moi) ont besoin d&rsquo;avoir les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s au chaud pour s&rsquo;endormir. Des \u00e9tudes scientifiques ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que r\u00e9chauffer les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s permet la vasodilatation des vaisseaux favorisant l&rsquo;endormissement. Le retour des chaussettes au lit \ud83d\ude42 Pas glamour mais tr\u00e8s efficace!<\/p>\n<h3>Mangez et buvez l\u00e9ger le soir<\/h3>\n<p>Une digestion difficile perturbe votre sommeil. Evitez de manger trop lourd et trop tard le soir. Id\u00e9alement, essayez de prendre votre dernier repas deux heures avant de vous coucher pour bien avoir le temps de dig\u00e9rer. Mangez l\u00e9ger: \u00e9vitez la viande rouge et les plats \u00e9pic\u00e9s. Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez les crudit\u00e9s, les p\u00e2tes, le poisson, les l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<h3>Evitez certaines boissons<\/h3>\n<p>Les fans de caf\u00e9 vont \u00eatre d\u00e9\u00e7us. Pour un sommeil profond et r\u00e9parateur, \u00e9vitez de consommer du caf\u00e9 et autres boissons \u00e9nergisantes (coca, alcool&#8230;) l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi et le soir. A la place, buvez une tisane ou une infusion. J&rsquo;ai red\u00e9couvert le th\u00e9 et j&rsquo;adore tout particuli\u00e8rement le Rooibos, du th\u00e9 rouge sans th\u00e9ine, \u00e0 consommer toute la journ\u00e9e sans impact sur mon sommeil.<\/p>\n<h3>Faites quelques postures de Yoga au lit<\/h3>\n<p>Le Yoga propose des exercices\u00a0simples pour aider le corps \u00e0 la mise au repos.<\/p>\n<p>Avant de parler de postures, parlons <strong>respiration<\/strong>. Entrelacez les mains autour de vos genoux et respirez profond\u00e9ment et restez dans la pose 5 respirations. Puis laissez tomber vos genoux sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 droit tout en gardant le dos sur le sol. Essayez de garder l&rsquo;\u00e9paule gauche en contact avec le sol. Amenez votre retard vers votre main gauche. Les jambes tendues vous aideront \u00e0 mieux renverser le flux sanguin et \u00e0 soulager les jambes lourdes. Allongez les bras le long du corps ou posez vos mains sur votre ventre. Fermez les yeux, respirez profond\u00e9ment pour 10 \u00e0 15 respirations.
