Contrairement \u00e0 un cours \u00ab\u00a0traditionnel\u00a0\u00bb de Yoga, l&rsquo;accent n&rsquo;est pas mis sur le renforcement des muscles mais sur les tissus conjonctifs, comme ligaments, les os, les articulations ou encore les cartilages.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant un cours de Yoga Yin, les poses sont passives, le corps \u00e9tant soutenu par des accessoires (blocs de Yoga, couverture, coussins&#8230;). Un cours d&rsquo;une heure contient une dizaine de poses\u00a0tenues pendant plusieurs minutes. En fonction du cours, vous pratiquerez des \u00e9tirements, des ouvertures des hanches ou du coeur. La musique est tr\u00e8s douce et le professeur vous guide vers le l\u00e2cher prise.<\/p>\n<p>Un cours de Yin Yoga permet un travail profond du corps et de l&rsquo;esprit.<\/p>\n<p>Il est parfois difficile de trouver l&rsquo;immobilit\u00e9 et le comfort dans les poses au d\u00e9but, mais\u00a0le Yin Yoga a de nombreux bienfaits au niveau du corps comme du mental. Il travaille \u00e9galement sur nos tissus conjonctifs pour nous aider \u00e0 gagner en mobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&gt; <strong>Ralentir le rythme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Yin Yoga nous demande de tenir des poses pendant plusieurs minutes sans bouger. En se concentrant sur une respiration profonde et en amenant son attention sur les ressentis et les mouvements\u00a0\u00e0 peine perceptible du corps qui s&rsquo;ouvre subtilement dans la pose, le Yin nous permet de d\u00e9connecter un instant de notre quotidien pour se concentrer sur l&rsquo;instant pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&gt; Activer le syst\u00e8me nerveux parasympathique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Respirer profond\u00e9ment par le ventre permet d&rsquo;activer le syst\u00e8me nerveux parasympathique responsable de la mise en repos. Son activation permet notamment de r\u00e9duire le stress, l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, de baisser le rythme cardiaque et la pression sanguine, d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer le sommeil, la digestion et de booster les d\u00e9fenses immunitaires.\u00a0Une respiration profonde inclus trois phases: le ventre, la cage thoracique et la poitrine. Peu \u00e0 peu, elle aide \u00e0 rel\u00e2cher tous les muscles du corps, propage un sentiment de bien \u00eatre dans tout le corps, et un rel\u00e2chement des tensions nerveuses. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure de la pratique du Yin, la respiration s&rsquo;allonge et se ralentit. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;immobilit\u00e9 et au travail de respiration, le Yin Yoga aide \u00e0 activer le syst\u00e8me nerveux parasympathique et diminuer le stress.
