Alors voici 5 choses que j&rsquo;adore et dont je ne peux me passer dans ma routine sportive et bien \u00eatre. Encore plus de raisons de bouger!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Huile solaire<\/h3>\n<p>Avec ma peau claire, hyper sensible et r\u00e9active, je me dois de faire tr\u00e8s attention d\u00e8s que le soleil s&rsquo;intensifie. J&rsquo;ai test\u00e9 beaucoup de produits solaires et n&rsquo;utilise que des produits sp\u00e9ciaux pour peaux sensibles achet\u00e9s en parapharmacie. Mais voil\u00e0, souvent ils sont \u00e9pais et collants. Cette ann\u00e9e, j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 une huile protectrice r\u00e9volutionnaire chez Av\u00e8ne. J&rsquo;adore la sensation de l&rsquo;huile sur la peau. Super agr\u00e9able et tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 appliquer. J&rsquo;ai besoin de me sentir bien tenue mais aussi \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise. Et surtout, j&rsquo;ai besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre s\u00fbre qu&rsquo;il ne soit pas transparent pour bouger sans complexe. Je m&rsquo;oriente souvent vers des marques sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans le Yoga mais j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9cemment achet\u00e9 ce legging de chez Nike que je trouve parfait. Look tr\u00e8s sympa, bonne compression, super confortable, opacit\u00e9 au top. Je ne la quitte plus mais avec le retour des beaux jours, je l&rsquo;appr\u00e9cie d&rsquo;autant plus. Bouteilles non toxiques pratiqu\u00e9es \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;acier inoxydable, conservant le froid pendant 24h et le chaud pendant 12h. Moi qui suis toujours en train de courir dans tous les sens avec une valise d&rsquo;affaires, ce sac m&rsquo;a directement s\u00e9duite. Belle tenue gr\u00e2ce une mati\u00e8re \u00e9paisse et 100% naturelle (bien que la couleur reste un peu claire), design chic et minimaliste. Il se plie pour se glisser avec moi quand je pars en voyage. Super pratique pour aller au sport ou \u00e0 la plage. Poche \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur pour ses cl\u00e9s ou autre et poche sp\u00e9ciale Yoga sur le devant pour mettre son tapis. C&rsquo;est gr\u00e2ce au Yoga que j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une musculature forte. Mais j&rsquo;ai aussi parfois de travailler mon coeur et de faire des s\u00e9ances plus cardio. En ce moment, j&rsquo;adore les cours de spinning. Vous ne connaissez pas? C&rsquo;est du v\u00e9lo en int\u00e9rieur \u00e0 forte intensit\u00e9 avec une ambiance fun et\u00a0hyper motivante sur un fond de musique entrainante. Une heure pour transpirer et tout l\u00e2cher.
