Je crois que c&rsquo;est une des principales raisons pour laquelle on commence \u00e0 pratiquer. Pour calmer le petit v\u00e9lo qui tourne dans sa t\u00eate, mettre pause un instant et l\u00e2cher prise. Quand je dis que le Yoga m&rsquo;a sauv\u00e9e, je crois que c&rsquo;est pour cela. Il m&rsquo;a appris \u00e0 prendre de la distance avec l&rsquo;agitation \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de ma t\u00eate. Il m&rsquo;a appris \u00e0 reprendre le contr\u00f4le et \u00e0 moins me laisser d\u00e9border par mes sentiments \u00e0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 je perdais compl\u00e8tement pied.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>On a souvent l&rsquo;image des professeurs de Yoga qui ont atteint le calme absolu. Je vous rassure, \u00eatre professeur de Yoga c&rsquo;est \u00eatre une personne comme les autres qui balade ses propres casseroles et essaie de vivre mieux.<\/p>\n<p>Je serai toujours une vraie sanguine, je vis ma vie \u00e0 cent pour cent dans le meilleur comme dans le pire. Je m&rsquo;\u00e9nerve (trop) souvent pour un rien. Je rigole de tout. Je suis heureuse un instant, triste le suivant. Je vis avec toutes ces \u00e9motions parfois exacerb\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le Yoga me calme. Il m&rsquo;apaise. Il m&rsquo;aide \u00e0 prendre de la distance et revenir \u00e0 l&rsquo;essentiel. Et tout devient beaucoup plus clair.<\/p>\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res semaines, tout s&rsquo;est un peu acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9, beaucoup de nouveaux projets, de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s, la d\u00e9cision de prendre du temps pour nous avec le ch\u00e9ri et tous les sentiments qui en d\u00e9coulent. L&rsquo;excitation puis le stress de tout planifier \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute, l&rsquo;angoisse et la culpabilit\u00e9 de ne plus \u00eatre pr\u00e9sente pour mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves. La peur irraisonn\u00e9e de tout perdre.<\/p>\n<p>Je me sens tellement chanceuse de pouvoir essayer de nouvelles choses, d&rsquo;appliquer le Yoga \u00e0 des cadres si diff\u00e9rents et apporter un peu de bonheur autour de moi. J&rsquo;adore \u00e7a. J&rsquo;adore avoir sans cesse de nouvelles id\u00e9es, essayer de m&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer, d\u00e9couvrir de nouvelles choses. Et je suis fi\u00e8re du petit bout de chemin sur lequel je marche.<\/p>\n<p>Mais voil\u00e0, \u00eatre passionn\u00e9e c&rsquo;est aussi se laisser d\u00e9border parfois. Je ne compte pas mes heures, je ne vois plus mes soir\u00e9es ni mes week-ends. Et j&rsquo;ai senti que j&rsquo;\u00e9tais en train de perdre l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre. J&rsquo;ai recommenc\u00e9 \u00e0 sentir le stress prendre le dessus sur l&rsquo;excitation parfois.\u00a0J&rsquo;ai juste su que j&rsquo;avais besoin de ralentir la cadence, de prendre le temps. C&rsquo;est une des raisons pour lesquelles nous partons quelques temps. Pour l\u00e2cher prise et se ressourcer. Pour trouver l&rsquo;inspiration aussi.<\/p>\n<p>Et en attendant, je prends soin de moi au quotidien. Je fais des pauses respiration dans ma journ\u00e9e, je fais du sport et du Yoga bien s\u00fbr. Mais ma pratique de Yoga a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9volu\u00e9e. Moi qui ai toujours ador\u00e9 les types de Yoga tr\u00e8s intenses et rapides, je me tourne en ce moment vers des Yogas doux et lents. Parce que c&rsquo;est ce dont mon corps et mon esprit ont besoin pour ralentir la cadence. Pour trouver le calme. Pour ressentir la paix.<\/p>\n<p>N&rsquo;est-ce pas merveilleux de pouvoir adapter sa pratique exactement \u00e0 ce que je ressens? Le Yoga est juste parfait pour cela. Il s&rsquo;adapte \u00e0 moi et pas le contraire.
