Quoi que ce soit, je suis s\u00fbre que cela peut attendre.<\/p>\n<h3>Des v\u00eatements confortables<\/h3>\n<p>Rien de pire que de passer son cours de Yoga \u00e0 remettre son sous-v\u00eatement en place, \u00e0 redescendre son tee shirt pass\u00e9 au dessus de la t\u00eate ou \u00e0 se demander si son pantalon n&rsquo;est pas compl\u00e8tement transparent au niveau des fesses. Je conseille toujours un tee shirt pas trop ample, des sous v\u00eatements ultra confortables qui ne bougent pas et un legging bien \u00e9pais. Essayez les \u00e0 la maison avant d&rsquo;aller \u00e0 votre cours de Yoga pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr que vous serez \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise.<\/p>\n<h3>Respirer<\/h3>\n<p>C&rsquo;est la base de toute pratique, probablement les premiers mots par lesquels votre professeur commence\u00a0le cours de Yoga. Au d\u00e9but, c&rsquo;est facile et \u00e7a semble m\u00eame trivial. Mais parfois dans certaines poses, cela devient plus compliqu\u00e9: \u00e9quilibres, longs \u00e9tirements, planche tenue plusieurs respirations, encha\u00eenement rapide de poses&#8230; On se retrouve vite en apn\u00e9e ou en hyper\u00a0ventilation. Ni l&rsquo;un ni l&rsquo;autre ne vous aideront dans votre pratique. Il vaut mieux ralentir le rythme ou simplifier la pose pour retrouver une respiration calme et profonde. Car <strong>c&rsquo;est votre respiration qui est la cl\u00e9 du l\u00e2cher prise. C&rsquo;est elle qui vous indique comment vous vous sentez dans votre pratique et si vous \u00eates all\u00e9s trop loin<\/strong>. Pensez aux variantes: mettez les genoux \u00e0 terre en planche, ralentissez votre salutation au soleil, adossez vous \u00e0 un mur pour l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n<h3>Etre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute de son corps<\/h3>\n<p>Cela semble aussi \u00e9vident et pourtant ce pr\u00e9cepte est parfois vite oubli\u00e9. Sous pr\u00e9texte qu&rsquo;on peut le faire, qu&rsquo;on y arrive d&rsquo;habitude, qu&rsquo;on a bien besoin d&rsquo;un peu d&rsquo;exercice, on pousse notre corps. Apprenez \u00e0 vous respecter et soyez \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute. Il y a des jours o\u00f9 vous vous sentirez plus raide, il y a des jours o\u00f9 vous n&rsquo;aurez pas d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, il y a des jours o\u00f9 vous n&rsquo;arriverez plus \u00e0 refaire certaines poses. <strong>Rappelez vous que le Yoga ne doit jamais faire mal.<\/strong> Certaines poses se font dans la tension mais vous devez toujours rester dans une zone de confort. Soyez\u00a0indulgent envers vous-m\u00eame, respectez vos limites et adaptez votre pratique \u00e0 votre \u00e9tat du jour.<\/p>\n<h3>Profiter du groupe sans se comparer<\/h3>\n<p>Pratiquer en groupe est stimulant et amusant. Cela cr\u00e9\u00e9e une dynamique et permet de rencontrer des personnes qui partagent les m\u00eames centres d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eats. Cela pousse \u00e0 aller plus loin, \u00e0 essayer de nouvelles choses. Mais&#8230; il y aura toujours quelqu&rsquo;un de meilleur dans telle ou telle pose. Alors bonne nouvelle,<strong> le Yoga n&rsquo;est pas une comp\u00e9tition<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs pour cela que la discipline n&rsquo;est pas reconnue en tant que \u00ab\u00a0sport\u00a0\u00bb en France. Nous ne sommes pas ici pour \u00eatre le meilleur, pour faire la course et savoir qui arrivera \u00e0 tenir en \u00e9quilibre sur son index.<\/p>\n<p>Durant un cours de Yoga, la plupart des professeurs vous donneront plusieurs options. Essayez-les et choisissez celle dans laquelle vous sentez que votre corps force mais dans laquelle vous \u00eates toujours \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise. Aller trop loin c&rsquo;est la douleur ou blessure assur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3>Se mettre dans sa bulle<\/h3>\n<p>Il y aussi toutes les petites choses qui pourront vous \u00e9nerver: la personne qui arrive en retard, celle qui place son tapis trop pr\u00eat du v\u00f4tre, celle qui respire vraiment trop\u00a0fort, celle qui sent la transpiration, celle qui fait des commentaires, les bruits ext\u00e9rieurs, la musique pas \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt&#8230; Je suis la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 me laisser distraire mais essayez de faire abstraction de tous ces d\u00e9tails, de ramener votre attention sur votre respiration, sur les ressentis dans votre corps. Restez dans votre bulle sur votre tapis.<\/p>\n<h3>Essayer<\/h3>\n<p>Je crois que c&rsquo;est ce que j&rsquo;adore avec le Yoga. Essayer de nouvelles choses. R\u00e9aliser que je suis capable de faire des choses que je n&rsquo;aurais jamais imagin\u00e9. Parfois, \u00e7a ne fonctionne pas, et puis parfois \u00e7a marche et \u00e7a booste incroyablement mon estime de moi. Alors prenez vous au jeu. Essayez. Restez quelques minutes de plus dans une pose, essayez une nouvelle pose qui vous semble bien trop compliqu\u00e9e&#8230; et observez ce qui se produit!
