C&rsquo;est aussi le plus important car il donne au corps l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire pour bien fonctionner tout au long de la journ\u00e9e. Je trouve que le petit d\u00e9jeuner est un moment sp\u00e9cial, et j&rsquo;adore en faire un rituel mais je sais que beaucoup de gens le saute, faute de temps ou d&rsquo;envie. J&rsquo;ai aussi remarqu\u00e9 que j&rsquo;avais tendance \u00e0 toujours un peu manger la m\u00eame chose et qu&rsquo;\u00e0 force je me lassais. Du coup, le petit-d\u00e9jeuner passait\u00a0aux oubliettes ou devenait du \u00ab\u00a0vite fait\u00a0\u00bb : une banane et on est parti!<\/p>\n<p>Le petit d\u00e9jeuner est n\u00e9cessaire pour que votre corps d\u00e9marre le matin au r\u00e9veil: vous n&rsquo;essayeriez pas de d\u00e9marrer votre voiture sans essence pas vrai? Et ben pour le corps, c&rsquo;est pareil&#8230;Une bonne journ\u00e9e commence par une bonne dose d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pour mettre notre corps et notre cerveau en route.<\/p>\n<p>Et en plus, je trouve qu&rsquo;il y a un aspect tr\u00e8s relaxant et d\u00e9stressant \u00e0 s&rsquo;accorder quelques instants le matin. C&rsquo;est aussi \u00e7a prendre du temps pour soi.<\/p>\n<p>Je vous propose ici trois id\u00e9es de petits-d\u00e9jeuners hyper faciles \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser (si je peux les faire, n&rsquo;importe qui peut y arriver) et super sains.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Petit-d\u00e9jeuner \u00e0 boire: Smoothie banane-fraise<\/h3>\n<p>Tout simple. A r\u00e9aliser avec des fruits de saisons. Les fraises commencent \u00e0 arriver et ont \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de go\u00fbt! J&rsquo;adore. Ma touche perso: utiliser du lait d&rsquo;amande \u00e0 la place du lait. Beaucoup plus digeste et les amandes sont riches en calcium, magn\u00e9sium, fibres et prot\u00e9ines! C&rsquo;est gourmand, sain et super nourrissant. Pour une personne, j&rsquo;utilise un demi-avocat (et je garde l&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9 au frigo pour le lendemain). Pour la tartine, j&rsquo;aime utiliser des crackers aux c\u00e9r\u00e9ales (ceux-ci sont \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9peautre) trouv\u00e9s en magasin Bio ou au rayon Bio des grandes surfaces. J&rsquo;en suis devenue fan car c&rsquo;est ultra gourmand, croustillant et nourrissant. Tout particuli\u00e8rement quand je sais que je vais aller au sport en fin de matin\u00e9e, le Granola me donne l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pour tenir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 13-14h en me d\u00e9pensant. J&rsquo;ach\u00e8te mon Granola en magasin bio. Je le prends avec de l&rsquo;avoine pour la digestion. J&rsquo;utilise du yaourt\u00a0grec comme base, trouv\u00e9 en grande surface.
