Premier \u00e9quilibre sur les mains\u00a0\u2013 le r\u00e9ussir est un grand moment\u00a0! Je me rappelle avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 obs\u00e9d\u00e9e par cette posture et ressentir un sentiment de victoire et de fiert\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re fois que mes pieds ont d\u00e9coll\u00e9 du sol. La posture du corbeau est une pose challengeante et fun. Outre\u00a0son c\u00f4t\u00e9 photog\u00e9nique pour les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, la posture a de nombreux bienfaits. Elle permet notamment de\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>renforcer les bras, avant bras et poignets<\/li>\n<li>fortifier la sangle abdominale<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9tirer les muscles du haut du dos et de l\u2019aine<\/li>\n<li>am\u00e9liorer l\u2019\u00e9quilibre et la coordination du corps<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e9velopper la conscience de son corps et la confiance en soi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette posture permet de travailler sur le sentiment de peur. Les premiers essais sont parfois d\u00e9stabilisant tant il est inhabituel pour nous de ne pas avoir les pieds au sol. Nous avons peur de tomber. Respectez toujours vos limites et allez pas \u00e0 pas. Peut \u00eatre que cette pose sera facile, peut \u00eatre qu\u2019elle prendra des mois, des ann\u00e9es \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser. Prenez votre temps et rappelez vous que le plus important est le chemin, pas la destination. Il n\u2019y a qu\u2019une premi\u00e8re fois alors profitez-en\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h3><em><strong>Que n\u00e9cessite la posture du corbeau ?<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Cette posture est davantage une question d\u2019\u00e9quilibre que de force. Beaucoup pensent que des bras muscl\u00e9s sont n\u00e9cessaires, \u00e0 tort. N\u00e9anmoins, elle requiert une sangle abdominale solide. Un des meilleurs exercices pour travailler son centre est la planche. Vous pouvez facilement pratiquer cet exercice tous les jours, en commen\u00e7ant par tenir la posture pendant 20\/30 secondes et en augmentant graduellement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1 ou 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Une vid\u00e9o pour travailler sa force sur ma cha\u00eene Youtube, c&rsquo;est <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=dSiDe6BKUKw&amp;t=1065s\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><em><strong>Comment aller dans la posture du corbeau ?<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Venir en squat<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Commencez dans la posture de la montagne<\/li>\n<li>Ecartez vos pieds \u00e0 la largeur du tapis, ouverts vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<li>Descendez vos hanches vers le sol en pliant les genoux. Assurez vous d\u2019avoir le dos bien droit et long dans cette posture. Si vos talons ne touchent pas le sol, positionnez une couverture roul\u00e9e ou un bloc dessous.<\/li>\n<li>Placez vos paumes de main ensemble devant le c\u0153ur, vos coudes \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de vos genoux les repoussant vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. Ecartez bien les doigts pour avoir un maximum de surface en contact avec le sol. Continuez \u00e0 monter vos fessiers vers le ciel. Faites des aller-retours, allez en avant puis revenez en arri\u00e8re plusieurs fois.<\/li>\n<li>Quand vous commencez \u00e0 vous sentir \u00e0 l\u2019aise, restez en avant et essayez de d\u00e9coller un pied. Reposez le pied puis essayez avec l\u2019autre. Continuez ainsi jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00eatre assez confortable pour lever les deux pieds.<\/li>\n<li>Ramenez vos gros orteils ensemble, rentrez votre nombril vers le dos et restez dans la posture aussi longtemps que possible.
