Moi m\u00eame j&rsquo;ai beaucoup d\u00fb le travailler. Je ressentais \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de frustration au d\u00e9but de ma pratique de Yoga de ne pas arriver \u00e0 tenir les \u00e9quilibres ou \u00e0 \u00e9voluer. C&rsquo;est venu avec le temps, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une combinaison de plusieurs facteurs. Voici quelques pistes \u00e0 travailler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>LE TEMPS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je r\u00e9p\u00e8te souvent que tout vient avec le temps et c&rsquo;est VRAI. Il faut du temps pour comprendre le fonctionnement de son corps et comment trouver son \u00e9quilibre interne avec les contraintes de sa propre \u00ab\u00a0maison\u00a0\u00bb. Il faut aussi du temps pour arriver \u00e0 poser le mental et stopper compl\u00e8tement le petit v\u00e9lo qui tourne dans la t\u00eate. Plus l&rsquo;esprit est clair, plus c&rsquo;est facile de tenir un \u00e9quilibre et m\u00eame de fermer les yeux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>L&rsquo;ANCRAGE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ou plut\u00f4t le contact du pied dans le sol. On va souvent trop vite dans les postures d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre. Prends le temps de ressentir le contact du pied ou des mains dans le sol. Il doit toujours y avoir 4 points d&rsquo;appuis. Pour les pieds: avant, arri\u00e8re, int\u00e9rieur, ext\u00e9rieur. Pour les mains, chacun des doigts doit \u00eatre ancr\u00e9 dans le sol et le poids ne doit pas \u00eatre uniquement dans le poignet. Pense tout particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 la partie entre le pouce et le majeur. Elle doit \u00eatre bien enfonc\u00e9e dans le sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>L&rsquo;ENGAGEMENT ABDOMINAL<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Et oui! Un centre solide aide \u00e0 trouver son \u00e9quilibre. Il faut \u00eatre gain\u00e9 pour ne pas bouger. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On serre le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e et on rentre le nombril vers le dos pendant toutes les postures d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre (cela vaut aussi pour toutes les postures debout). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu entendras souvent le professeur parler de Mula Bandha. Ce loquet \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique correspond au p\u00e9rin\u00e9e. Il permet d&rsquo;engager le centre profond du corps (en engageant notamment le muscle transverse) et de prot\u00e9ger le dos. Au niveau \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, il permet de garder le Prana, l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de vie, \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>LE DRISHTI<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;endroit o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on pose le regard. Le regard est un point cl\u00e9 pour garder son \u00e9quilibre. D\u00e8s que le regard bouge, le corps bouge. Les yeux guident le mouvement. Pour rester stable il faut donc fixer un point.&nbsp;Avec le temps, on apprend \u00e0 garder l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre m\u00eame en changeant se drishti. Mais au d\u00e9but, il est important de le garder bien stable et de s&rsquo;y raccrocher comme \u00e0 une ancre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:53px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>QUELQUES PISTES SUPPLEMENTAIRES&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Si c&rsquo;est toujours compliqu\u00e9,<strong> pratique \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un mur<\/strong>.
