Une pratique spirituelle\u00a0? Religieuse\u00a0? Une croyance\u00a0? La m\u00e9ditation vient en effet d\u2019Orient et a bien souvent une image erron\u00e9e. Pas besoin d\u2019\u00eatre un moine bouddhiste ou de se couper du monde pour pratiquer. Cette pratique est bien au contraire <strong>accessible \u00e0 tous et ne n\u00e9cessite aucun pr\u00e9requis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Qu\u2019est ce que la m\u00e9ditation\u00a0?<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Il existe de nombreuses d\u00e9finitions de la m\u00e9ditation mais elles reposent toutes sur le m\u00eame constat\u00a0: la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de comprendre la nature de son mental plut\u00f4t que de batailler avec lui. <strong>La m\u00e9ditation est un d\u00e9tachement et une pleine conscience dans le moment pr\u00e9sent.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est une prise de conscience de ce que nous sommes r\u00e9ellement, une prise de conscience que nous ne sommes pas nos pens\u00e9es, que la relaxation, le calme, l\u2019amour se trouvent \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de nous.<\/p>\n<h3><em>L\u00e2cher prise<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>La plupart du temps, nous sommes contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par nos pens\u00e9es et par notre corps.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9diter signifie \u00ab\u00a0<strong>\u00eatre t\u00e9moin<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb. Pendant la m\u00e9ditation, nous prenons du recul et observons nos pens\u00e9es, les ressentis dans notre corps, nos \u00e9motions mais ne les laissons plus nous contr\u00f4ler. S\u2019en suit une incroyable sensation de bien-\u00eatre et de l\u00e2cher prise.<\/p>\n<p>Les effets se font ressentir apr\u00e8s la m\u00e9ditation et, \u00e0 terme, ont un impact\u00a0sur votre quotidien.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><em>M\u00e9thodes de m\u00e9ditation<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Il existe de nombreuses m\u00e9thodes de m\u00e9ditation correspondant \u00e0 chacun. Certaines sont passives, d\u2019autres actives. Dans cet article, nous allons d\u00e9tailler la m\u00e9ditation en pleine conscience (m\u00e9thode passive). Pour en savoir plus sur les diff\u00e9rentes types de m\u00e9ditation que vous pouvez pratiquer, je vous invite \u00e0 faire un tour sur le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.meditationfrance.com\/meditation\/techniques-meditation.htm\">site de m\u00e9ditation France.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><em>S\u2019entra\u00eener \u00e0 se lib\u00e9rer du n\u00e9gatif<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>La m\u00e9ditation est un <strong>exercice de l\u2019esprit<\/strong>, comme le sport est un exercice du corps. On entra\u00eene notre esprit \u00e0 se lib\u00e9rer des pens\u00e9es et \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreuses pens\u00e9es sont superflues et emp\u00eachent l\u2019esprit de se reposer. D\u2019autres pens\u00e9es sont n\u00e9fastes et empoisonnent notre existence (de vieux souvenirs, des sc\u00e9narios catastrophes, etc.). Notre esprit a tendance \u00e0 se focaliser sur ces pens\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re obsessive.<\/p>\n<p>Faites le test, essayez de ne pas penser \u00e0 une licorne. Un endroit qui vous inspire.<\/li>\n<li>Mettez vous \u00e0 l\u2019aise. Enfilez des v\u00eatements confortables, asseyez vous sur le sol, un coussin, votre canap\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Allongez votre colonne, rel\u00e2chez les tensions dans vos \u00e9paules et les muscles du visage.<\/li>\n<li>Choisissez la type de m\u00e9ditation qui fonctionne le mieux pour vous.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez vous de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. Pensez \u00e0 \u00e9teindre votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et vos alarmes.<\/li>\n<li>Si vous ne vous sentez pas bien ou ne comprenez pas, arr\u00eatez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Et surtout, soyez patients.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Comment pratiquer la m\u00e9ditation en pleine conscience\u00a0?<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Pour les d\u00e9butants une s\u00e9ance de m\u00e9ditation peut durer<strong> seulement quelques minutes<\/strong>. Avec le temps, les p\u00e9riodes de m\u00e9ditation peuvent se prolonger. Certaines personnes m\u00e9ditent plusieurs heures. L\u2019important est la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9. Mieux vaut pratiquer quelques minutes par jour qu&rsquo;un long moment une fois par mois.<\/p>\n<p>Pensez \u00e0 vous mettre un timer pour savoir quand arr\u00eater et ne pas avoir \u00e0 vous soucier de quoi que ce soit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le principe de base est de concentrer son attention sur un \u00e9l\u00e9ment pr\u00e9cis<\/strong> (sa respiration, les sensations dans le corps). Cela peut \u00eatre plusieurs choses\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une phrase r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e int\u00e9rieurement\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Je suis forte\u00a0\u00bb ou autre qui est important pour vous et positif.<\/li>\n<li>Un objet\u00a0: une lampe, une bougie, une chaise,\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Une image mentale\u00a0: un arbre, un oiseau, la mer, ce qui vous inspire. Imaginez cette image et d\u00e9crivez-en tous les d\u00e9tails mentalement.<\/li>\n<li>La respiration. N&rsquo;essayez pas de la contr\u00f4ler mais observez l\u00e0. Observez les mouvements de votre torse sur les inspirations et expirations.<\/li>\n<li>Comptez mentalement de 1 \u00e0 10 puis de 10 \u00e0 1 ou comptez sur l\u2019inspiration puis reprenez un compte sur l\u2019expiration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019esprit est tr\u00e8s vite distrait donc revenez autant de fois que n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 votre point d\u2019ancrage.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Vous \u00eates fin pr\u00eat<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Petit \u00e0 petit, votre esprit va s\u2019apaiser, les pens\u00e9es vont diminuer puis peut \u00eatre s\u2019arr\u00eater compl\u00e8tement. <strong>A un moment, vous allez ressentir le vide, l\u2019absence de pens\u00e9es<\/strong>. Essayez de rester dans cet \u00e9tat. Vous \u00eates dans l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience du l\u00e2cher prise.<\/p>\n<p>Vous constaterez qu\u2019une pens\u00e9e ressurgit habituellement tr\u00e8s rapidement d\u00e8s que vous ressentez l\u2019\u00e9tat de vide. Peut \u00eatre que votre pens\u00e9e sera \u00ab\u00a0Oh, je ressens le vide\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0!
