La plupart du temps, ce moment est pris en position allong\u00e9e sur le sol, les yeux ferm\u00e9s. Certains pourraient penser que c&rsquo;est le moment de dormir mais pas du tout. Cette position est une posture de Yoga \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re: <strong>le Shavasana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En sanskrit, langue indienne ancienne, Shava signifie cadavre et Asana signifie posture. C&rsquo;est une \u00e9tape, notre corps physique arr\u00eate de vivre mais notre esprit, notre \u00e9nergie vitale (ce que les Chr\u00e9tiens appellent l&rsquo;\u00e2me) perdure.<\/p>\n<p>En Shavasana, le corps est immobile, sans vie. Seule l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie interne demeure. Vous \u00eates inanim\u00e9s mais pourtant plus vivant que jamais. Vous observez ce qui se passe \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de vous.<\/p>\n<p>Arr\u00eater les mouvement du corps permet de prendre conscience qu&rsquo;il existe en nous bien plus que notre enveloppe corporelle, que notre vie n&rsquo;est pas uniquement limit\u00e9 \u00e0 notre pr\u00e9sence physique. Pour les Indiens, le Shavasana est une mani\u00e8re d&rsquo;appr\u00e9hender la mort par la m\u00e9ditation, de comprendre ce qui se produit lorsque le corps s&rsquo;arr\u00eate de fonctionner, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 son nom.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Un point d&rsquo;anatomie<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Le cerveau est compos\u00e9 de deux h\u00e9misph\u00e8res: le syst\u00e8me nerveux sympathique et le syst\u00e8me nerveux parasympathique. Le premier pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 l&rsquo;activit\u00e9. Dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 actuelle, avec tous les stimulis que nous recevons en permanence, cet h\u00e9misph\u00e8re a tendance \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominer. Le syst\u00e8me nerveux parasympathique est quant \u00e0 lui responsable de la mise au repos. Il ram\u00e8ne le calme et l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n<p>Le Shavasana permet l&rsquo;activation du syst\u00e8me nerveux parasympathique. Il permet d&rsquo;apaiser l&rsquo;esprit. C&rsquo;est pour cela que nous finissons chaque cours de Yoga par un temps dans la pose. En vous allongeant dans la pose, dans l&rsquo;immobilit\u00e9 la plus totale, vos tensions, vos muscles, vos nerfs se rel\u00e2chent. <strong>C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience du l\u00e2cher prise<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Quelques astuces pour mieux profiter de votre Shavasana<\/em><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;esprit trop agit\u00e9?<\/strong> Parfois en s&rsquo;allongeant en Shavasana de nombreuses pens\u00e9es font surface. Et ces pens\u00e9es vous emp\u00eachent de vous relaxer compl\u00e8tement. Pour amener le cerveau \u00e0 l\u00e2cher prise, concentrez-vous sur un \u00e9l\u00e9ment, une repr\u00e9sentation mentale ou les sensations dans le corps ou les bruits ext\u00e9rieurs. Une autre option est de compter\u00a0\u00e0 l&rsquo;envers (de 20 \u00e0 0 et puis recommencer)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Envie de dormir?\u00a0<\/strong>Cette pose permet de l\u00e2cher prise. Parfois, apr\u00e8s une longue journ\u00e9e et une s\u00e9ance intense, le l\u00e2cher prise est telle que l&rsquo;on tombe dans le sommeil. Cela peut arriver. Ne vous bl\u00e2mez pas. Mais pour l&rsquo;\u00e9viter, une nouvelle fois, amenez votre attention sur un \u00e9l\u00e9ment pr\u00e9cis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Submerg\u00e9 par vos peurs? par le stress?\u00a0<\/strong>En Shavasana il arrive parfois que des sentiments enfouis refassent surface. Il m&rsquo;arrive m\u00eame de pleurer. N&rsquo;essayez pas de retenir vos \u00e9motions. Laissez-les sortir, s&rsquo;\u00e9vacuer. Toutefois, si les sensations sont trop intenses et si vous vous sentez mal \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise, rouvrez les yeux ou serrez fort votre poing. Cela suffira \u00e0 faire partir les sensations d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><em>Alternatives \u00e0 la position sur le dos<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Dans certains cas, la position sur le dos n&rsquo;est pas confortable, notamment pour les personnes souffrant de probl\u00e8mes dans les lombaires (bas du dos) ou les femmes enceintes. Comme vous devez rester immobiles quelques minutes, il est important de trouver une position qui vous convient et dans laquelle vous serez totalement \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise. Certaines alternatives peuvent \u00eatre agr\u00e9ables. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 les tester et \u00e0 choisir celle qui vous convient.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sur le ventre<\/strong>: particuli\u00e8rement agr\u00e9able quand vous souffrez de probl\u00e8me de dos. Vous pouvez poser vos mains sous votre visage comme un coussin ou les bras le long du corps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Foetus<\/strong>: Position id\u00e9ale pour les femmes enceintes mais pas que&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sur le dos jambes fl\u00e9chies<\/strong>: soulage la tension dans le bas du dos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Jambes contre le mur<\/strong>: parfait pour vous redonner de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et soulager les jambes lourdes.
